We had a great view from our 14th floor apartment. The pictures make it look like there are two bedrooms, but it is actually one bedroom with a double bed, and in the living room there are two single beds behind the couch. It worked out fine. The shower was great! We never met the host, but I communicated with him via Booking.com, which worked out great. WE also had free parking in the basement, so that was a real plus. The metro was several blocks away, but we caught a bus right in front of the apartment's office. Very handy! We had a washer which we really appreciated. The hop on, hop off bus also stops nearby, so that's another good feature. I have attached a picture of our view our our three windows.
Probably the only thing that we didn't like was that the dining table is too big for the apartment. It hangs over the kitchen entrance, and also hangs over into the living area, which is bad when you are walking toward it in the night.
Other than that, we loved it! Thanks!

Perfect location, close to everything by foot. Very spacious and tidy appartment with amazing views. The communication with Fabio was great from the start, he was very proactive and supportive. Can't wait to go back! Thanks for everything Fabio!

Very comfortable apartment in a nice area of Lisbon. A short walk to the very nice Parque das Nacoes shopping mall. The host, Ricardo, was very communicative, friendly, and helpful. He was able to arrange a self check-in for us because we arrived very late. Free parking garage is included.
A lockbox with a code would have made self check-in easier, but not a big deal. The parking space is 4 floors underground which is not very convenient if you use the car a lot.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in a good location. The private parking in the underground garage was particularly useful. I would definitely book again on my next trip to Lisbon. Very good communication from the host, Ricardo.
The apartment is very close to the railway line, which might bother some but I didn’t have a problem with it. I slept well, even with the window open at night.

The place is close to the airport, the building is clean, modern and has a garage. It is possible to sleep quite good in the apartment thanks to the good mattress and to the absence of external noise.
The extractor hood doesn't work. Moreover, only after contacting booking.com( more than 17 days that I left the apartment) the owner returned the security deposit (200 euros). My advice: make the security deposit with credit card only.

* Only one card/key/garage device for adults with different agendas needs a lot of coordination activities. When asked at the front desk we were told that they only give out one set per room.

Almost everything. Except for being overcharged for tourist tax, despite the host promising a refund which never came... A real shame!
Very busy building. Watch out the host will overcharge on tourist fee... Shame because otherwise almost perfect....!

Hosts' friendliness on arrival, stay, and departure was excellent.
Bad and faulty air conditioning which made stay quite uncomfortable; faulty blinds which left the room dark; black stains on parts of the bathtub (where white glue is) caused bad impression.
