Bed a little small. Queen size would be better. Frustrating delay in gaining access but got there eventually.

check in was complicated and communication was on and off. didn’t get my deposit back as apparently I was having a party when I wasn’t. tried to explain but they refused to give me the deposit back. quite gutted because it’s not a small deposit.

It was perfectly situated, free parking outside and very quiet. lovely views onto Silver birches and greenery from the kitchen/living room window.

It was clean and tidy but the cupboards were rather cluttered in the kitchen and there were no bowls at all!

I communicated the time of arrival from the beginning and was stood up for an hour outside of the apartment in heavy rain. It was almost impossible to reach the management company and find out when they were arriving. The pre-check in process was also terrible, received countless emails and messages, was asked to check-in twice and pay a deposit twice, and again messaged the day before to re-confirm all of the information that I had already provided... The flat was more or less clean, but the bathroom mats were filthy, unwashed, covered in dirt and hair. I booked a cleaner and paid extra for it but no one ever arrived. I communicated with the management company and I didn't get a reply until I followed up 3 days after. I eventually managed to get a refund for it. The heating in the flat completely stopped working one evening until the next morning and the only response I was given was that it was because the living room door was shut (it wasn't)

Well Ventilated Apartment with a Balcony. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood with nearby cages and Bars. Couple of convenience stores nearby. Nice Parks close by for Jogging. Well connected.

The Main Door Key needs to be replaced as it is pretty tough some times to open. The TV is operated through “ Alexa” and keeps shutting off every now and then. Needs to be delinked.

Issues with confirmation & deposit that overhung the stay.. lots of help from Carlos at destination8 to resolve within data protocols & the terms Have notes been updated so DO check them Needed a little bit of tlc & some items fixing which Kris from maintenance took on straight away So although there were issues we found the team highly responsive & super friendly & overly helpful to make our stay as comfortable & easy as possible

‘Homely’ feel to the house. Very comfortable and the staff were amazing from the date of booking to the arrival.
