More toilet roll needed

Room was ok.

Blocked shower. No heating. WiFi doesn't work well at all. Having to ring the bell to get in every time.

No breakfast. Location and the room were okay.

The bed wasn't very comfortable but what bothered me more was the several dark hairs what I saw when I moved the blanket. The shared bathroom was a disaster. Only cold water, no toilet paper and a huge hole in the wall so you could see from the one toilet to the other.

good location and a good price for private room, the stuff realy helpful.

there is no kitchen or a place to make/organize some food and you need. to pay for toilet paper.

Shower drain blocked; Old, thin sheets did not fit the mattress properly.

Nice personal, doors always looked, felt very safe. we could even print out our bus ticket for the next day at the lobby. Hot shower. Thy make breakfast for you if you ask for 10BOL p.P.

This hotel is Villazons best kept secret, it really is a diamond. The manager was absolutely fantastic, very helpful and knowledgeable. Plus he speaks English. Perfect location - a short walk from the border, town centre or bus station. The photos on this website do not do justice: the hotel actually looks nicer in person. Hotel is Great value for money. Restaurant makes very tasty lunches for a very good price.

Ok for a 1 night stay

Staff not very helpful, didn't tell us that breakfast is until 9am, if you miss it good luck to find food in the area ! The room is very small and cold, water not very hot

Location, wifi, friendly staff, cheap!

Bad water pressure, no toilet paper or soap in the bathroom. Outdated and basic hotel. But can't complain since it was very cheap!

Great value for the money. Water was hot in the shower.
