several things listed on the property description that weren’t actually there on arrival . The location of the property was quite far out

beds were really uncomfortable, property was really hot at night when description says air con not needed as cool and breezy apartment. Also email said pool is not allowed to be used after 10.30pm, kids went swimming as soon as we arrived at 9.45 pm after travelling all day and were told by other residents we are not allowed to use the pool at night which really upset them.

I like big terrace and a general cleanless. All equipment was present, also lot of AC supply adapters to the EU standards. Shaded car park was brilliant. The pool made the job perfectly in the late afternoons or mornings, depends on a day schedule. Close distance to the supermarkets and excellcent remote contact with the owner. Apartment fulfilled my needs. Thank you Alyona for the great stay!

There is nothing I didn't like. I would improve amount of sunbeds at the pool. The A/C price is almost 1/5 of the whole apartment price, if you like to have all three rooms.

- The Accommodation was around 30 mins walk from Old Town Pafos but it had good food places and mini supermarkets near by. - The Apartment itself was clean and well maintained.

- Toilet door did not have a lock.

Apartment was spacious, there was a pool in the yard. Balcony with table and chairs. One apartment has a dishwashing mashine, the other one doesnt have a machine. Every guest had a towel.

Not all the quests had a blanket! Some nights were cold, so the apartment should have warm blankets for all guests! In one apartment there is no dishwasher, and NO tab water filter. Locals said, that you should not use the tab water for drinking or even for cooking. Water pressure low. One sofa was very-very dirty. It was covered, but still. Neighbors dont want that quests swim in the pool!!! There was a problem for the neighbors, that our child swim in the pool in the middle of the day!!! What?!! If you are too loud in the apartments, neighbors will call the host immediately. Ok, I get it. BUT, if you havent done anything wrong and the neighbors still call the host and the host doesnt believe you! You are still to blame, even if you havent been loud or anything. If we wanted to move out from the apartments, that we could enjoy our vacation somewhere else, the host refused to refund our money. Taxi drivers couldnt find the adress! So we had to go to nearest shop 200meters, to get on the taxi, every time.

The apartment is a decent size, clean, and with a large balcony.

It is a Budget apartment for money paid; we did not expect luxury. Unfortunately, Matrasses and sofas are fully destroyed and not for usage, and we could not sleep at all.

The flat was lovely and comfortable. Not a noisy complex at all, in fact I think my baby was the noisiest!!! (Sorry)... Very close to the mall and various sites, only with a car though!

There were some amenities missing but Alyona was very responsive to my complaint and it was sorted! The extra price for the AC was a surprise, in my opinion, considering this is Cyprus, it should have been included in the price as the summer is unbearable. The pool had a problem, the cleaning filter wasn't working and chlorine was topped up by someone in the morning, which stopped me from using the pool as it wasn't constantly cleaning itself!

Big and spacious but without air conditioning is impossible to stay

Being in a house with 40 degrees and no air conditioning because you need to pay an extra for each unit is not amazing! To be avoided

Nothing, they sent me the wrong code and door number to start off, then we arrived with my 3 you g children to find no cot, when I contacted her she screamed at me telling me ime in the wrong room, When I said you have me the code and the door number, she then put the phone down and I tried to call back and she rejected my call, My husband then called, we had to move all our stuff and 3 children down the stairs to another appartment, The location is in middle of no where, kids wanted to go to pool to play and it was so dirty they wouldn’t get in, I tried to clean it with net, but the dirt was much deeper than the top layer , There was nothing we could do as we were in. Bad location, we cut our trip short and left The bed was like sleeping on rocks, no air conditioning unless you pay extra, and no nets of windows so couldn’t even leave them open, Told us they had re vamped place to, looked like it needed a re camp to me, Customer serve was shocking to, telling me ime lying and screaming down the phone, She also sent my booking details to another friend who was supposed to be staying had my bank details and address on!!! This woman needs a different job!

Nice 2 bedroom appartment in remote Paphos area. Pool in the courtyard. Thanks for the advice fo local restaurants. The 7 th Saint George restaurant was really great. Hosts service was also super, missing things were fixed ASAP. Will recommend this place to everyone, especially scuba divers travelling to Paphos. Cydive diving center was great fun. they did a very good job.

Well equipped and clean accomodation,the large terasse,strong wifi signal,situated in a nice area,good price value.

Having not appropriate swipe for a sandy seaside apartment,so too small Apartment technical staff did drilling works one evening at about 10 pm,while also moved furniture in one room next to us during nigthtime,making a lot of noise. Unacceptable approach and communication style in the first days of the house lady with us, actually the guests who payed for the entire accomodation in advance, due to a small misunderstanding related to air con usage.
