New, very clean, great location, super friendly.

Clean, modern, very spacious. We loved the swimming pool and the views from the balcony.

perhaps the lawns around the pool could be cut as the place is so lovely it’s a pity to let the surrounding areas go A few flowering plants in pots would have really added to the overall beauty.

Wi-Fi could be a little better. Initially we had difficulty with the AC but it was fixed and explained the next day and it worked fine afterwards. The kids bedroom has only one bed and so the sofa bed in the living room is needed

The resort overall was very good, nut there is some field for improvement

The air conditioning was not working properly, the temperature inside was too high although setting lower temperature on conditioneers, and the major thing we disliked were the beds - we could not sleep well because of hot air inside, and it felt like the bed sheets were like of syntetics or plastic, we were getting sweaty all night long.

The location is amazing. Quiet, but close to everything. Well equipped kitchen. The pool was good, and everything was clean. Parking inside the hotel for the hotel guests.

We were 5. the second double bed was a sofa in the living room that turns into double bed. that sofa is not comfortable. If you are three, then its an amazing place. If you are five, keep in mind that someone will sleep on the sofa.

Very clean. Lots of space.

The location of the property is excellent. Ferry station is nearby, and in just a few minutes walk you can reach the centre of the city where you can find restaurants and cafés. Gelato bar is approx 2-3min walk. The property it self was very clean, the pool area as well. Overall there was very pleasant atmosphere in this property. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

brand new facility, well equipped, great sofa bed, very friendly staff, great location, parking covered and secured.

the pool is nice but smallish when the property is full including sunbed shortage, feels cramped. but it’s a bit sad to just lay by the pool when there is a lake next to it anyway.

Hot nights due to AC. Room Air-conditioning was broken, it ran for couple of hours after which we had to call maintenance or reception to get it running again. During nights it got quite hot in the room. Hotel did not suggest any discounts or change of room even though it was obvious we had issue with our room AC. We asked to change room after two days, but either due to communication issue or lack of empowerment, receptionist did not solve this topic.

Staff so helpful and friendly very informative about the property. Stunning location.

Would have been good to have breakfast facilities on site or a bar.
