Conosco questa struttura che utilizzo quando mi devo recare in zona di Fano. Stanza grande è pulitissima, bagno molto grande e doccia ampissima!! Purtroppo questa volta, all’ultimo momento, a causa di un problema di salute ho dovuto disdire il viaggio. Ho contattato il proprietario per informarlo ed è stato gentilissimo. Sicuramente beneficerò dei loro servizi la settimana prossima.

L host gentilissimo mi ha fornito su wa indicazioni chiarissime per il check in e posti in cui mangiare. La posizione è ottima, vicino ai servizi e silenziosa. Di fronte c è un bel parco. La stanza è grande ed accessoriata. Il bagno superlativo. C è una postazione per la colazione e un frigorifero ben fornito con bevande e Snack che si pagano con offerta libera. All esterno un pergolato con un salottino. Consigliatissimo

The place is just excellent ! The best for having a stay in Fano. The surrounding is quiet, green, and lovely to go for a walk. I simply loved it. The place is big, confortable beautifuly decorated, you have all you need, as well the coffee and sweets in the morning.. Then what to say about the host,...he is very professional, clear, friendly and all time helpful . I really recommend this place. I certainly will come back.

Great, quiet location underneath the house of the owner and less than 10 mins walk to centro storico. Good size room with tea and coffee making and a fridge which has some drinks in it on an honesty box basis. Owner was kind on arrival and helped with information. Quiet street to park the car in and we had no problem finding a space. Marco had said that if there were no spaces we could park immediately outside the gates. There are a couple of seats outside in a little sun trap in the garden. Lovely and large shower room. Air conditioning Metal roller shutters to make the place dark and secure.

It was all good and we would return... what follows is a hobby horse of mine. We had booked thinking there was private parking rather than street parking. Having found out it was street parking I rechecked the listing on booking.com which says 'public parking is available on site'. I guess it is just how you interpret this ... 'public parking' means it is public suggesting not on site, but 'on site' does mean on site not on the road. Anyway it wasn't an issue in the end but I think the listing could be made clearer to say 'free public parking is available near the site or at the site'. It is strange as there is a driveway and gates that lead to the room so I'm unsure why this parking isn't available and this could then be marketed to people like me that hate leaving the car in areas I dont know.

The fridge was stocked with water, juice, snacks were also available, wonderful, thank you. The location is very quiet. Street parking is always available.

Wifi didn't work after 11pm. We didn't know that before. But that wasn't a problem.

Huge bathroom and shower. Big bedroom comfortable enough for 3 people. highly recommended.
