What a great place! Fantastic location! Clean, restaurants nearby, beach is close, boat slips are right on site. Would rent again!

For us the bed was too firm but we managed

Comfortable bed, spacious apartment, Good faciliies, wonderful view.

Location was great and very handy to have washer and dryer as travelling around for 3 weeks so handy to wash everything worn.

Property a bit dated but okay for a short stay. They could make it more professional by making a few small changes such as new and matching towels and a new mat in the kitchen as the current one is terribly dirty. Also condo could do with a good clean.

The property exceeded our expectations. The view is wonderful and relaxing. The interior of the condo is exactly as advertised. The cleanliness of the property including pool and common areas is pristine. We were completely satisfied with our choice of this property for our Christmas vacation.

The linens, towels and supplies such as the paper products need to be upgraded to match the quality of the condo. Also, the amount of laundry work required by the owners at the end of our stay needs to be eliminated, or lower the amount of the cleaning fee included in the rental amount. The exterior doors/storm doors on the building itself needs to be upgraded. I am sure this is on the HOA and not the owners, but my wife and I were a little concerned until we stepped inside the condo.
