I truly enjoyed the location. The beach and bars are located a few steps away. It is peaceful and quiet at night.

The location couldn't be better, a short stroll to the coast, the central attractions and decent enough places to have a beer or two. The girl was very professional and was waiting to meet us. Sanitisers were around, etc. The place was spotless clean. There is a lift to upper floors. Bed was comfy, kitchen very well-equiped, shower with good power and plenty of water, big windows, decent views and a shared balcony below. It had everything we needed.
There is no place to leave your luggage in the building, unless you're willing to walk a few blocks, which defeats the purpose. Other than that, was very nice place to stay.

Very clean and nicely equipped apartment, sea view through the window, washing machine with dryer, location by the sea, responsive hosts.
The free parking was 5 min walk away from the apartment (it's not far but I think the guests should be informed about this beforehand)

The location is great. The host who received me very professional and gave me all info on the house. The house was well equipped and very clean.
For the number of nights, the price was exceptionally reasonable.
The house smelled musty, and although we kept the WC suction on for the whole stay during the day, the smell didn't go away.
The bed wasn't too comfortable and it made noises that woke me up. One of the pillows was no longer proper.
When the lights were off at night, we had too many parasite lights (I took pictures) due to the alarm system, electricity board, emergency and security warnings.
The fridge was too noisy, and it disturbed our sleep.
I also felt somehow mislead by the pictures on booking, which showed a different room.

very clean, super equipped , cozy, nice terrace in the building abs the most important part the staff was super friendly and attended all our requests even allowing us to stay longer after normal checkout time. I super recommend them

Owners are always available and happy to assist you.
In front of the main door of the building there are two free car parking slots for guests. If they are occupied, you will need to pay ticket for parking on the street or use free parking area about 10 mins walk by foot.
A big terrace is available for all guests, just in front of the beach.

Bed size and condition, terrace did not have any shade or rain protection, lights in the room are too strong and only one small lamp

The location is great. The beach and marina is across the street. There are great restaurants within 5 min walk. No need to rent a car for being in Praia. Communication with the host is excellent. They moved us to another property when there was loud construction nearby. Very accommodating and the property notebook is very thorough. We highly recommend this property and renting from Amazing Azores Property, Marcos and Diana.

Close to the beach, restaurants, and cafe/bars. Easy walk to food markets and transportation. It was great to have use of a kitchen and laundry equipment.
It would have been nice to have a sofa or a couple of lounge chairs.
