Nuestro condominio es una unidad de segundo piso, amplia y luminosa, con techos de 20 pies recientemente redecorados y remodelados. Se trata de un corto paseo hasta el famoso parque de fuente, centro comercial y restaurantes. El salón tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 ', cable ampliado y conexión inalámbrica a Internet, mientras que el comedor contiguo tiene capacidad para 6 personas. La suite principal tiene una cama king size con walk in closet y el baño principal tiene un área de tocador separada. La habitación tiene una cama de matrimonio con gran armario. El lavadero cuenta con una lavadora y secadora. Disfrute del balcón privado con juego de patio, parrilla y vistas de 4 picos cordillera. Nuestro condominio tiene una piscina climatizada y jacuzzi y también tiene un garaje para 1 automóvil! Dentro de un corto trayecto en coche son Saguaro Lake, McDowell Mountain Regional Park, los entrenamientos de primavera, los casinos y muchos galardonados campos de golf. Fountain Hills cuenta con numerosos restaurantes y zonas comerciales.

Condo was as pictured. It was very clean. Plenty of space to gather in the central living space. Kitchen had all the accoutrements. We never cooked a dinner but we did snacks and breakfast. Had everything we needed. The balcony was lovely to have coffee on each morning.
The pool and hottub were fantastic.
There were plenty of towels in each bathroom.
The place is super convenient to stores. We had a car but did a few walks down to the fountain. The place is very quiet and relaxing.
Owners had good information available in condo.
We loved it and would stay again.

Would highly recommend! Janet ans Troy are excellent hosts. The condo is clean beautifully decorated with plenty of room. Loved the layout too! It has everything you need. Well thought out. janet and Troy were pleasant to deal with and helped to get a refund for initial reservations that needed to be adjusted. Thank you for your kindness, Janet and Troy

Our stay in Fountain Hills was just what we needed and this property helped to make it so. The location allowed us to walk and hike easily each day. The condo was a great retreat that allowed us to relax. I highly recommend staying here!

This stay was due to me having multiple testing at both Mayo Clinic facilities and this location was a perfect spot to stay with easy access to both locations and although the Phoenix location was about 30 minutes away it was a short ride and direct Hwy was easy to navigate.
The condo was quiet, clean and very comfortable. Downtown Fountain Hills was a great place to visit with the park and shops close by. We enjoyed the Arboretum and Canyon Lake very much along with the many trails accessible. Would definitely visit this area again. It’s away from the hustle of Phoenix and a short distance to the many diverse shops and restaurants of Scottsdale. Janet and Troy were very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

This is a great property, convenient to everything in downtown Fountain Hills. Owners are very responsive to any concerns. We have stayed here multiple times and hope to do so again.

This property was exactly as described. Rooms were very spacious with comfy furniture. CVS, Walgreens, groceries, and downtown Fountain Hills all within walking distance.

The family spent thanksgiving together away from home but the condo made it home away from home. Beautiful place, definitely would like to return to the place.

A vacation to remember fondly
We had a fabulous time at this condo in Fountain Hills. The cleanliness, updated furnishings and appliances, and decor were wonderful, and we had just about everything we needed. Communication with the owners was fabulous, and the neighborhood is very pleasant and safe. We especially enjoyed walking around the fountain path and one of the restaurants and shops in that vicinity. The pool area was not occupied when we were there so we had it all to ourselves. We were there at the starting month of the shelter-in-place for the Coronovirus19 , but by and large got along fine.

Perfect Location
We enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location, walking distance to everything you need. We joined Anytime Fitness which is a block away and hiked daily at McDowell Mountain Regional Park which is approx 10 minute drive. Condo was very comfortable and extremely well stocked with everything. Enjoyed the beautiful view from the Pool/hot tub.

Walking distance to the heart of Fountain Hills
The accommodations were just what we needed for the two of us and for a brief visit by our son. The patio is comfortable and sheltered for outdoor dining and relaxing. The split master bathroom (one sink outside the shower & toilet area) worked well for getting ready in the morning. We used the full-sized kitchen for breakfast and lunch. The washer and dryer were very handy during our 11 day stay. Most of the neighboring units seemed empty, so we had no trouble finding a parking spot at the base of the stairs leading up to the unit.
The location is great. A CVS pharmacy is across the street and a Basha's supermarket is a few blocks away. It's walking distance to Fountain Park. We enjoyed doing a loop that included a walk around the lake and the Fountain Lake Overlook Trail. We found a fun group to play pickleball with 1 mile away at the Fountain Hills High School courts.
The owners quickly responded to our requests and refunded our damage deposit promptly. Thank you Janet & Troy! We would stay here again.

Comfortable, clean, spacious condo.
We truly enjoyed our stay in Janet and Troy’s condo in Fountain Hills. They were wonderful hosts-contacting us several times be be sure everything was going okay and responding quickly to any questions we had. The condo is in a nice location, close to most necessities. It was clean and stocked with many supplies. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location with everything we desired
We loved our stay in Windstone Casitas. You can walk to restaurants, grocery stores and hiking trails right from your front door. The condo was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything needed - plus lots of extras. The pool and hot tub are close by with great views of Four Peaks. There is garage parking, plus plenty of parking for guests. The high ceilings, sky lights, walkin closet and large rooms with the bedrooms in opposite sides of the condo made this a perfect place for entertaining our guests and for our stay in Fountain Hills. Great space and a good value.

Fountain Hills Condo; Highly recommended!
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Fountain Hills. The condo is very clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. The fountain is close by, as are the walking path and hiking trails. I went jogging almost every morning during my stay, very friendly people with their dogs. We were able to attend an outdoor church service with North Chapel Community Church. Everyone was friendly and welcomed us like family. There is a Starbucks and CVS within walking distance to the condo. We spent time by the pool and hot tub which were clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this property.
