We couldn’t have had a better stay for spring break with the kids! Vikki was responsive, proactive about checking in early, and incredibly helpful about ski in/ski out instructions. The condo was fully stocked with essentials which doesn’t usually happen and the condo had plenty of room. We will definitely return and thank you again!

This was our first trip to Brian Head and our family had the most amazing time. The condo was in the perfect location, very close to the slopes and local shops. The condo was very clean and spacious - larger than we had anticipated! Definitely recommend and would stay again. Great Hosts!

The best part about this condo is the location. It is 100% ski in/ski out! Simply walk out the door on the first floor and ski right to the Giant Steps lift. Ski right back to the door from the Race Course/Shotgun run!
The floor plan of the condo is perfect for 1-2 families. The upstairs loft is a perfect sleeping area and hangout for the kids. Just keep a close eye on the toddlers on the stairs and balcony.
The kitchen is well stocked withe newer appliances for all your cooking needs. 3 full bathrooms are a luxury to have. This condo has everything you would need.
Our hosts were very friendly and the communication was great. We didn't have any problems with the property, but it we did they would be quick to respond to us if we had any issues.
Some minor drawbacks since no place is perfect:
The wifi is not fast. I don't think I could work remotely with the slow speed. Luckily, verizon has good signal and data speed.
The community game room could stand to be updated. The spa in building 1 was just OK and the one in building 3 was being repaired. Hopefully they get upgraded in the future.
No elevator. So gotta climb 4 flights of stairs from the garage to the condo. There is a great little cargo elevator for you luggage so that was very helpful for checking in/out.
The garage has a low ceiling. Our Ford Expedition would not fit in the garage unless we removed our ski rack.
Overall, it was a great stay and we would not hesitate to book here again.

This was our second time renting this condo and it was just as great as the first time. I highly recommend it.

Host was very communicative and helpful. Condo had a lot of games and things for all ages. Setup perfectly for a ski cabin. We stayed two nights while skiing Brian Head. If you have beginners in the group they'll have to take the free shuttle to the other lodge, as this is by Giant Steps which only serves intermediate and advanced runs.

Great condo in Brian Head
This is an awesome condo for anyone staying in Brian Head. You can’t get any closer to the lifts, the ski in/ski out was so easy. The condo was clean, super cute, and pretty much has anything you could need. Vikki was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We were a larger group and had plenty of space. Highly recommend this rental.

Amazing Condo!
Our family and friends had an amazing visit. There was plenty of space for 4 adults, 2 kids and everything that goes with that.
The condo was well appointed. Much better than other properties we’ve stayed at in the past. The location is great and the building was relatively quiet.
I would say the best feature is the owners. Our visit required some communication and logistical problem solving (on our part), and the owners treated us like family. The whole experience shows that this condo isn’t just an investment, but something they really care about and enjoy sharing.
We would stay again in a heart beat.

Great Condo!
The condo is adorable. It was warm and inviting. Kids loved the loft with the bunk beds. Its close to tubing, so we just walked. Would def stay here again!

Convenient ski in/out condo at Giant Steps.
Vikki’s condo is located in a very convenient location with ski in/out access along Giant Steps side of the mountain. Vikki is definitely one of the best hosts I have rented from. She is very helpful and prompt with her communication. The condo had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Since the condo was on the 3rd floor it can be challenging for older folks. I only wished that the condo has private laundry and a grille. Otherwise it was a great place to stay and I highly recommend it especially since Vikki is such a great host. It was our first time to Brian Head and we will be back.

Last Minute Getaway
We had some plans changed on us last minute and needed to pivot quickly. We found the Brian Head area on the map and found this property on VRBO. Right away, the owner’s great communication helped us nail down the trip and get us booked. The unit is great, and as far as Brian Head goes, it couldn’t be in a better spot. We were able to walk easily to the snow tubing area at Giant Steps which was awesome. Also, there’s a general store with groceries within walking distance too.

Comfortable with a cabin feel
We had a great time at this condo. Everything had a cabin/rustic feel which we enjoyed. The only thing I would change is the loft pull out bed...that thing was awful. Other then that it was a great time with good memories to be had. The owner is super easy to work with and allowed us to have a later check out which was really nice and unexpected. Thanks again!

Family vacation
Our host, Vikki was wonderful. She was very responsive & provided us with great local attraction information. A great place to stay if visiting Zions & Bryce Canyon, only an hour & a half away. The hike up to the fourth floor wasn't too bad after a long day of hiking the sights. Our stay was in July so the condo was always warm & never seemed to cool down. Other than that, a great place to stay. Our family enjoyed the game room & fishing in the pond.

Wonderful condo!
Vikki's condo was one of the best-appointed properties at which we have ever stayed. There were ample cooking and eating utensils, the beds were comfy, the views out the windows were spectacular, and it was decorated beautifully. We appreciated the luggage elevator for this third-floor condo.

Weekend get away
We have stayed at many different places on the mountain but this time only half of our group was able to come so we stayed here. The setup is perfect and has everything we needed. Plenty of space and ski in/out for the kids. The communication with host was the best we have had and we will be staying here again next season!

Great Ski in Ski out condo
Excellent. All was clean and the sleeping arrangements were what we wanted and needed. All adults and children were very comfortable - 6 adults and 3 children (2 1/2 - 9). With the upstairs loft the condo provided ample space.

Wonderful cozy condo
Our stay was great! The condo was very clean and well stocked for all of our needs. As the listing says, it is right next to the giant steps lift, which is the intermediate side of the mountain. Dont forget the perfect sledding hill right outside either... There are a couple of restaurants and a convenience store that are walking distance. Vikki was great with communication during our stay. They also have some great toys for small kids and some cool sleds and snow block makers. Vikki really has thought of everything! We would certainly stay here again.

Ski weekend
The property manager communicated well and made the entire process easy. We were a little disappointed in the cleanliness. We found a plate with stuck on food, one bed had dirty sheets and we couldn't find any linen to put on the pull out bed and the mattress protector was really stained. It is older so it is hard to make it look super clean.
However, it has plenty of room for a family and was well supplied with anything you needed to fix meals. It is also in a great location to ski in and out of Brian ead. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Fun on the mtn
Everything was fantastic, except for the heater in the main bedroom. When it comes on at night it makes several loud bang sounds which makes it hard to have a good night sleep.

Great location and spacious
Our family enjoyed our stay in this spacious condo during the week of Thanksgiving. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 with 2 teens. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a spacious loft, open living/dining/kitchen area and a balcony with a great view up the mountain. The ski lift is in walking distance. The complex has a central location to wash clothes next to the gameroom area (that has a pool table, ping pong and air hockey) There are also several hot tubs on the property. If you plan to cook, you'll want to shop for groceries before going to Bryan Head. There is a small general store down the road for basic items. Kitchen is fully stocked with spices, condiments, pots/pans, eating utensils, glasses, plates and bowls. You'll want to be in good shape to climb the 3 flights of stairs several times a day (no elevator, except for luggage). But nice to be on the top floor - less noise and more space.
The owners were super helpful with pre-arrival information and checked on us to see if we needed anything once we arrived.
Bryan Head is in a great location. The air is dry, so 13 degrees doesn't feel very cold when you've layered up.
Zion National Park is very close and we spent our last day sightseeing in that area before heading to Saint George.
We highly recommend the area and this condo. We hope to visit again soon!

This place worked great for our family of 7. They really have thought of so much. Fun games, puzzles, and toys for kids. Good kitchen equipment, we cooked all meals in house. Comfortable beds. Seconds drive to ski lift (the whole mountain hadn’t opened yet). Benches, racks, hooks, and trays for snow stuff was so nice. Third floor was a bit of work getting all our stuff up with young kids even using the luggage elevator, but never bothered us on the daily. Vikki was so kind and responsive.

Great location for seeing southern Utah
This unit was perfect for our vacation of hiking and exploring Zion and Bryce. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfy. Check in and check out were simple and smooth The owner was quick to respond and tried to locate the property management when the hot tub was out of order, which was a disappointment but understandable and not the owners' fault.

Great location!
Beautiful location against the mountain and wonderful view of trees just outside the master window. The kitchen was smaller than it seems in the picture--hard to have more than one person working in it, but appliances are nice and new and the kitchen was well stalked. The overhead view of the living area is also smaller than it looks online, and different furniture, but it was nice--just smaller than expected. We were glad we had a small party of people! But the owner is very helpful and great to work with and we had everything we needed and the building and room had one of the best locations on the mountain.

Family get away at Brian Head
Very nice place. It fit all of us just fine. We were close to Cedar Breaks, Cascade Falls and other attractions in the area. We discovered that the neighbors like things real quiet, so it was hard to have toddlers in the condo. The back balcony has a beautiful of the trees and the morning sunrise.
