The apartment was very clean and cozy, has a full equipped kitchen. Everything was great, my kids enjoyed staying here for the weekend. It's about 10 mins walk from the beach which was amazing. Felt like home. Would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

The only thing that my husband and I didn't like about the apartment is the fact that the bathroom and room doors didn't have locks. When in our room we couldn't lock the door for privacy. This was a bit inconvenient for us because we have kids that sometimes forgets to knock before entering. It's not much of a big deal though, overall everything else was great.

I loved the location, we were close to the beach and walking distance to wherever we needed to go, or we were able to take the Trolly, which was a lot of fun for the kids!

Fantastic location! Quiet neighborhood, easy walk to beach, restaurants and coffee shops. Host was very accomodating and had great communication. I highly recommend this spot!

excellent location across the street from the beach. House had everything available for taking the family to the beach. outdoor shower was a good so we didn’t track sand in the house. Gas BBQ worked well. very well decorated and felt very homey. Felt like a beach house with the decorations. very safe area and quiet for sleeping. Clearwater beach area had a lot more action, but for a family I’d recommend this location. Fans in every room kept the house cool. house is shaded well from the sun.

Table only sat 4 people and we had 5. 1 bathroom which at times was busy.

Very cute coastal themed apartment within walking distance to beach, local restaurants, and more. Near the local trolley that goes up and down the boulevard and in a fairly quiet area! Will definitely recommend to others and stay again!

The only downside to our stay was neighbors slamming doors, probably unintentional, but still rude. Beds were uncomfortable to sleep on by end of the stay, the ice machine on fridge didn't work, and early check-out time.

From walking into the beach house, immediately my little family felt at home. this little retreat had everything you could possibly think of when it comes to having a beach vacation! the kitchen space was great and full of any appliance you could ever think of. there were even multiple spices in the cabinets so you didn’t have to run to the store for something you’re only gonna use a little bit of while on vacation. each bed was comfortable and the rooms had more than enough space. I noticed in one of the closets there was a pack n play and a high chair. we didn’t need these items, but I couldn’t help but be impressed. they thought of everything! the backyard was the perfect little oasis in itself. we had many meals outside of the house and it was relaxing on this quiet little block. the beach house also has more than enough beach supplies including sand castle building, youth life jackets, large beach umbrellas, chairs, and even a wagon to put it all in when you take the walk across Gulf Blvd to the water! and coming back from the beach, don’t worry about tracking sand in the house because they even have a shower head on the side of the house to rinse off allllll the sand! I can’t wait to come back!

WHAT DIDN'T I LIKE?! Everything about our stay was absolute perfection. The beach house was beautiful, spotless, and we had personal access to the beach directly across the street. The best part? We did not have to get in our car once! We were able to walk to the Seabreeze restaurant where we ate directly on the water and all of the shops were within walking distance. The host was extremely kind and helpful, evening providing an early check in when we got into town ahead of schedule. The house had all the amenities you could ever need. We will definitely be scheduling another stay!!!!!!

There were no issues at all but spending over $300 for a single night is definitely not a competitive price compared to services like Air B&B.

The house is exactly as described. it has everything what you need and more to stay a few days on vacation. The location is perfect, is so close to the beach that you can go walking. I like that it had beach chairs, umbrella, toys for kids. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. It also has parking in front of the house. My family and I really loved this place, definitely we will come back!!

The property is clean, modern and very spacious. The mattresses are great and the proximity of the unit to everything we wanted to enjoy in Redington/Indian Shores is perfect. The home has a lot of TLC too and my family really enjoyed it.

Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of towels. Great to do laundry during the week. Rooms have lots of space to unpack. A/C worked great. They had a Roku. Great beach access just across the road with a crosswalk. Host was very friendly and easy to contact.

The inside of the property is somewhat dark. Not a lot of outdoor light. Living room light flickers.

Everything was just wonderful! The apartment had everything we needed and more. The upgrades were outstanding😀 We may some back soon😎

We shut off the TV every night when we went to bed , and when we got up in the morning the screen saver was one every single time. I’m not sure why that was. This was the TV in the front room. Other than that nothing else.

Easy to get in, quiet and relaxing space right off the main drag. It looks like the guests like to give back and pass along needed items in the kitchen and in the bathroom.

Easy beach access, rokus on all TVs, furnished kitchen and grill, plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 kids, great owners who are very responsive. I wish we could have stayed longer! Is within walking distance of a great local coffee shop, Dunkin, surf shop and Circle K.
