truly nothing the hotels fault - had noisy neighbours and hotel staff rectified that!

I love that they allow my fur babies and it was the cleanest hotel I have ever been to!!! The breakfast was amazing too.

The bathroom had some mildew and spots around the shower that were not well cleaned. And the walls were dirty

surprisingly crowded, not enough places to sit during breakfast. one of the female staff members gave me a hard time for not opening the back door for her, which is accessible only if you have a key. At that time I didn’t know who she was and was uncomfortable opening the door for a random person. She made a very nasty comment to me when she had to use her key. The prior day I saw a homeless gentleman going through the garbage can located near this same door, I didn’t let him in either. I felt her rude comment was inappropriate. Doors are locked for a reason. I later saw her a the front desk so I know she was an employee.

Facility is beautiful....I like the minimalist concept..loved the art work. Hotel and room very clean and staff very courteous and helpful .

No restaurant

Nobody cleaned our room the entire time. This nonsense about not cleaning rooms due to Covid is silly at this point. You are taking advantage of a health crisis and even though I'm paying the same rate for hotels that clean my room every day, for some reason I was there 4 nights and not once did we have our room cleaned. Totally unacceptable.
