Just got back from our stay for a long weekend. The house was everything and more.! it was extremely clean. There was plenty of room. We use the sauna and hot tub and they were also immaculate. We had a glitch with the hot water when we first arrived and called the number in the book and they had someone out there within a few hours and it was taken care right away! Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly and Erik couldn’t have been nicer. I would recommend this for families gatherings definitely skiing in the winter, but it was absolutely breathtaking in the summer as well.

We had a great 3 nights at this home with 10 guests aged 16-54. The house is great, exactly as described, and just great overall. We love this neighborhood and this house is a great fit for bigger groups.

The house was fantastic and perfect for my ski adventure to Stratton. It was 2 families with younger kids and the set up is great with two large “primary” bedrooms and bathrooms and then bunk bed rooms for the kids. The foyer is perfect for all the ski gear, gathering space upstairs was spacious, kitchen well appointed and hot tub and total bonus. We had a few questions and host answered immediately and helped quickly. I have stayed in a bunch of rentals and am always skeptical by the photos (expecting the worst…)- this was even nicer than expected. And the location is fabulous. We did not use the shuttle (we just didn’t figure it out) but you can basically see the base- it’s so close and easy. Thank you for being such great hosts and we hope to return again.

We had a lovely long weekend at Stratton with our extended family. Some of us skied and some just relaxed, but all had a great time. This house offers a lot for families and groups with space to spread out, fun things to enjoy, and a well-stocked kitchen for preparing family meals. The host was very responsive, and the check-in/check-out was easy and convenient. The best thing was how close we were to the mountain- very easy and convenient to get the skiers dropped off or head into the village for shopping, hot chocolate, or a nice dinner out! We hope to return next year!

I stayed with my husband and 3 children, 17, 14, and 12. We live in VA, this was our first adventure to Vermont. We loved the space and ability to stretch out in our own corners. Kids always like when they have their own bathroom. Hot tub was large and well kept. Kitchen had many accommodations to make meal prep easy. There were really high quality appliances. The small hotel style soaps helped on a trip that we flew in for. Exploring the mountain off season was so much fun and peaceful. Communication was excellent and responsive when we had questions. Highly recommend and would go back.

This house was exactly as we expected… awesome!!! We had a group of women for a tennis camp weekend and it was perfect. Beautiful home, spacious, clean and well stocked. The jacuzzi was a bonus! Everything went smoothly. We did not have to communicate much with the owner but the little we did he was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend and/or stay again.

The house was great for three families with kids ranging 6-13. Lots of great attention to small details that made the stay even better. We walked up the road to ski down to the lodge. 90 second drive from house to village.

Great mountain vacation
This home was so great for all three generations in our group. We were less than 5 minutes from Stratton mountain for skiing and walking the village. The house itself is contemporary, clean, and well stocked. When we had a small kitchen sink clog, the property manager got us a skilled plumber who fixed it within the hour. The homeowner, Eric Shapiro, was responsive and kind throughout the booking process. I highly recommend this property! We look forward to finding a time to return.

Perfect Thanksgiving getaway
From the location to the weather our stay was amazing. The setup of the house worked well for grandparents and three families. Everything was clean and check in was easy. We had a small issue with the hot tub and the owner was extremely fast in responding back to us. Can’t wait to visit again!

Wonderful house for family gathering so
We rented the house for our family of 7 adults. Every couple had their own bedroom, and the living room and dining are amazing- beautiful,spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of room to do multiple activities in the living room, and we enjoyed the sauna, hot tub and fireplace.

Eric was an awesome host - he answered all of our questions within minutes and made the process very easy. The property itself lends well to a group of ~8. We enjoyed the hottub, common rooms, and location very close to Stratton village. Highly recommend!

Great summer getaway
The house was perfect for our VT summer getaway. Eric was a great host and very responsive. We went hiking, horseback trail riding, biking, whitewater rafting (Deerfield River), cliff jumping in Dorset Quarry and explored all the nearby towns - the house was the ideal spot to come back to and recharge. The large family room was the perfect spot for everyone to congregate and everyone enjoyed a nice soak in the hot-tub to end the evening. Would definitely recommend Eric’s place!

Great Property - Very Clean & Spacious
We were a group of 10 males, ranging from 45-60. Great space, plenty of room for everyone to sleep. The property was very clean, well maintained, hot tub was great, and the grill was great. Bathrooms and kitchen were all updated. No AC wasn't a problem. The cooler mountain air kept the house comfortable with the windows open. Great experience, highly recommended.

Mountain Retreat
Wonderful chalet-style accommodations for our friends & family Thanksgiving gathering had both 'public' & private spaces. Well-appointed kitchen enabled us to create & serve our entire party of 12 around the large dining room table. Massive two-sided woodburning fireplace warmed our conversation, and the sparkling 7-person hot tub soothed sore muscles after day-hiking on nearby trails. Owner Eric Shapiro was very responsive & attentive when we encountered a lighting issue upon arrival. Highly recommend this Stratton Mountain-adjacent property!!

This house was absolutely wonderful both in terms of space, location, cleanliness, and amenities. Every single guest was completely happy with the space. Eric was responsive to questions and let us check in a little early. If the race returns to Stratton Mountain we'd book this place again in a heartbeat.

Summer-ing in Vermont
The house was as described and just what was needed for a summer weekend getaway with the family. Bedrooms and shared living spaces - living room, kitchen, dining room, etc. - were spacious while the outdoor space provided us relaxing bbq and hot tub time. Eric was responsive whenever I had a question, which was more than a couple of times. Didn't know what to expect when vacationing in a normally winter time area but the unexpected was good.

Great getaway
Our family stayed over a long weekend in July, and had a wonderful stay. The house is very clean and well stocked, and had everything we needed. There is no AC in the house which made me slightly worried as I was 8+ months pregnant, but there were fans provided which were more than adequate and kept the house very cool. A great location and very comfortable stay!

Wills 30th birthday
We had a great time celebrating my husbands 30th with friends getting together from NJ NY and CT, it even snowed in November for us!!! We went in the hot tub and sauna they were easy to use and sooo fun!!! We played games, watched movies on the big screen TV and did some hiking close by! It was a great long weekend get away and would recommend the house for large groups- plenty of space for all!! Thank you Eric for renting to us!!!

Fun Family getaway
Our family of 11 had such a great time! We had plenty of room and we used the sauna, hot tub and extra space so well. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen, grill, and linens were so useful and plentiful. Thank you, Eric, for being so accommodating! We would definitely recommend this house. It was also right on Stratton mountain that we enjoyed hiking and eating in the village very much.

Cozy stay perfect for a group
We stayed for our wedding weekend in this home and it was perfect to share with our friends. Kitchen is updated and couldn’t get enough of the hot tub, even in the summer. The fire pit was fun. Eric had some fans delivered to the home too which kept things cool, although vermont nights are never too hot! Hope to come back in the winter next time! Thank you!
