La limpieza

The hotel is one block away from the waterfront. It is also walkable distance from railway station, bus station (going to the airport), major subway lines. Also very close to the older part of town. There are plenty of restaurants in the area as well. The rooms were clean, kitchen had all the basics. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were very happy to be able to check in early, it is always a big plus. We also stored the bags at the hotel after check-out as we were leaving later in the day. Excellent place for your visit in Liverpool. I will definitely consider staying at other cities where Staycity have their facilities.

Location molto comoda a livello di trasporti e che permette di andare a piedi ovunque camminando mediamente 15' . La stanza è attrezzata con tutto il necessario compresi gli utensili della cucina

Non ho trovato molto pulito il pavimento che conteneva polvere e lo schienale del letto aveva alcuni capelli lunghi ....

The property is hidden away behind the James Street station in an anonymous city building. The interior though is clean and bright and our room that included a mini kitchen was very comfortable and convenient.

The lifts were our only complaint, one was out of action so everyone had to use a single lift for 8 floors. It would appear that the lifts were not upgraded when the building was converted to hotel accommodation

Everything! From arrival until I left. Loved the staff, especially Lydia,David, who were always around & happy to help. Very knowledgeable & caring. Lauren enabled me to check in early. Leah assisted also. Housekeeping staff all fab also. Receptionists on leaving lovely also. Nice wee bar with beers & wines. Food available in restaurant Also a small shop in case you required some cooking items. Fab comfy beds in a clean apartment with all required items for cooking. Has a gym & laundry also. Very near the docks,handy for accessing town. I'll be back! Thank you.

Good location for city centre and Albert Docks. Parking available close by too. Friendly staff.

There were no spoons and remaining cutlery wasn't clean. The shower hose holder was broken so couldn't stay in one position. The room obviously hadn't been used for a while and so needed a refresh. Charged £15 for parking for one night but parking is available right next door for a fraction of the price! Would have been helpful to be made aware of this.

We did have to wait an additional hour to check in as the room was not ready at 3pm. The staff did accommodate us with complimentary drinks and a late checkout time when leaving.

the room was not 100% clean. quite a bit of dust, bedding had some blood stains and floors dusty. howver, kitchen area and bathroom items were spotless.

Staff were so accommodating and lovely, stayed for eurovision and couldn’t have asked for a better location. facilities and room were great
