This hotel was amazing! The layout of the hotel and art work were very pretty/well thought out. The conference spaces were nice as well. Our room was my favorite part, the bed were comfy, the tv channels and apps were cool, the bathroom was nice and had what we needed. The staff was also really friendly and we were able to check in very early which was a nice surprise. The location was great as well, the hotel is less than 30 minutes from downtown Dallas and right across the street is a nice shopping area with some good restaurant choices as well.

Staff was less than friendly. the guy working the font desk sure set the tone for the stay very unfriendly and seemed like he would rather get back to playing with his phone. Also elevator to the garage is. broken.

The room was clean and the receptionist were super nice and helpful! It was easy to check in and check out!
At the restaurant we had to wait 45 mins for anyone to acknowledge us and then they just seemed annoyed we were there, when we left there were boot prints in my boyfriend truck bed and prints on all his windows

Bedding had stains, can tell the comforter doesn’t get cleaned often, and we saw a staff member at the bar sneeze into their hands, wiped them on their pants and proceeded to work.

The staff (front desk and housekeeping) were very polite and friendly.
There was no microwave in the room and the bed was somewhat stiff and creaky.

Pool was a little dirty. Maybe from wind. Staff could offer food at the pool area.
