Fantastic hotel, but in a strange location. A lot of part finished developments (adjoining shopping mall / restaurants virtually all closed.) Took a taxi into Ho Tram itself (only 5 minutes) again like a ghost town. We stopped in this location to be able to play the Bluffs Golf Course (which was fantastic), there is no other reason to go there, it took over 3 hours to get back to Ho chi Ming airport.

Everything. We had exceptional weather which enhanced the beauty of the resort. We have stayed in resorts in Phụ Quốc, cam ranh, nha trang, vung tau and this was our favourite. It wasn’t too big so we didn’t need the electric cars to take us around. Food was excellent. Usually resort food isn’t good and you are disappointed given the price you pay at resorts but we ate at app the restaurants and the food was amazing. We spent about 4 hours in the pool everyday which was amazing. Excellent facilities for kids. We had 2 five years olds and a 2 year old and they had a blast and also enjoyed the food and the night cinema. A very comfortable stay.

Ein Luxus-Resort mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Im September ist das Wetter dort sehr angenehm. Frühstück war gut, es gab viel Auswahl. Das Personal beim Frühstück ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben das Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer. Es war groß, schön und sauber. Das Essen in zwei Restaurants MUOI und BREEZA waren in Ordnung. Die Massage war sehr gut.

Frühstücken ab 9:00 Uhr war nicht so ideal. Die Produkte sind leider nicht mehr frisch, z.B.: Die Frühlingsrollen und Dumplings waren hart. Das Personal in Restaurant BREEZA arbeitet sehr chaotisch, ohne System. Die Preise in den beiden Restaurants sind sehr hoch. Das Hotelzimmer hat eine sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit, deshalb roch es im Zimmer manchmal sehr unangenehm. Wir waren 4 Nächte in dem Resort. Der Ort hat sonst nichts zu bieten. Man kann auch kein Moped mieten. Mit den gemieteten Fahrrädern darf man auch nicht rausfahren. Einige Gäste können sich beim Essen leider nicht benehmen, aber dafür kann das Resort nichts.

Place and service are generally five stars.

Food and airconditioner system at the villas. The villa was cold at 23 degrees for 20 minutes and the rest hour was hot at 29.7 degrees, and like that all day and night. We said we travelled we our baby and she will get sick with that temperature changing. We called technitian and didn't solve anything. Last day (of 5 nights, 6 days) Melia offer us to change to another villa, but it was 8 pm and we were leaving next day morning. We will not come back.

Good location. Nice and helpfull staff. Kids movie was good way to engage kids. Nice and clean swiming pool. Good room service. They customise the order as per guest requirement.

Less veg menu on breakfast.

Staffs tried their best to accommodate your family's needs. Fast service when you call for budgy or help. They have 3 restaurants on site so you don't feel like you are eating the same things all over again. Price of the stay and food still a bit on the higher end on our opinion.

Not much recreation activities. Can have some shops or more interesting activities.

Wonderful resort with renovated rooms, nice facilities for the kids, and beautifully maintained gardens.

The daily room maintenance was done late in the afternoon on all 3 days, meaning we had to return to messy rooms during most parts of the day. Also, the beach can be dirty (even dangerous) with washed-up rubbish, more routine clean-ups (similar to the garden) would have made a huge difference.

We ate at the Breeze which is a very lovely restaurant. There was a wonderful fresh seafood market set up which was excellent. However, there were 4 adults and one baby in our party. We ordered our entrees but our dinner took over 2 hours to make it to our table🤷‍♀️and one of us did not get their dinner order until we were leaving. It was a small pizza which they did box up and it was taken to the room.

Overall preally nice Property. Breakfast buffet was really good. Staff were helpful and they sent us a cake for our anniversary

With the price we pay, we felt it was a bit cheeky of the hotel to charge for everything including coffee pods in the room. The price was a bit extortionate for certain products. Choices for food at the Restaurants werent great and we didnt felt the food was worth the price tag.
