Comfortable bed and good location in a quiet area. Staff were friendly, and breakfast OK

Lack of wardrobe and storage space. The room was listed as a family suite and with one small cupboard in one room and a small cupboard with rails and a few hangers in the other. Toilet was separate to bathroom and had no ventilation or toilet roll holder and no sink to wash hands. The shower room was in need of some TLC, and the only place to store toiletries etc was a drawer under the sink that didn't close properly. The room was not in the main building, so it didn't have air con and was in the courtyard where people were able to drink and smoke. The bar was only open when reception was open, which was billed as 2pm to 8pm, but invariably closed early, so we had to use the night entrance at the side. We appreciate this was a 2-star hotel but expected the upkeep to be better. The rate was billed on the hotel tariff chart as 136 Euros per night. However, Booking.com charged us 157 Euros per night. When I queried this, the hotel said it was because Booking.com added a 17% surcharge and was nothing to do with the hotel. I fail to see how we can be charged higher than the published rate when you expect better rates by using a comparison site?

nothing, I did book a rom in this hotel and they send me to sleep outside of the hotel in a kind of Car garage converted in Room!!

the room was outside the hotel, next to the room was the garbage of the hotel who was bad smelling… no hot water in the room! my worst experience ever, disappointed total😢

A few nice staff

There was no elevator and it was not published! This is supposed to be a hotel ;the reception closed at 8:30 and the bar closed at 8:30 at night. We had to lug luggage up and down stairs! It is way over priced and would not recommend it to anyone. Horrible.

Location friendly staff good parking

There were all necessary things , like a desk and wifi. The room was clean. Because of Covid, many hotel was closed but this one was open. It is located near Rugby stadium but not near city center.

Because of Covid, basically there is no staff at the hotel. The staff came just to give you a key. But one have to be grateful to find a hotel in this circumstance.

Room with airco, friendly staff (certainly the lady receptionist in evening of 11th Sept), good wifi, nice location on 20 minute walk to Vieux Port and city center, parking facilities in the street, normal breakfast with ham and cheese

For wifi you need to log in regularly, some noise in corridors and from neighboring rooms, no elevator only stairs, windows not cleaned for long
