Moderno,limpio,cómodo y bien equipado
No estaba tan cerca de las zonas de ocio porque hay que bajar muchas escaleras ( y subirlas) bastante empinadas y muy alto el escalón

Distance to the beach, apartment inside very nice
Building 6 days of the week ongoing with alarm when using crane. School just in front very noisy, not our place.

The location the apartment and the whole area in general and the apartment looked absolutely brand new.
Just one small thing we are used to having somewhere secure for or passports and cash and that is my only issue.

The apartment is modern and well equipped.
All the shops are within walking distance and so are the various beaches of Villajoyosa.
All in all very happy having stayed here.

Spotlessly clean , bright and sunny .
Beautiful views (penthouse) and large well furnished terraces. Welcome bottle of wine and basics for kitchen , dishwasher tablets etc.

The apartment was lovely it was spotlessly clean.Had everything we needed modern, a lovely kitchen & bathroom and a great location.
There was nothing to not like...there is building works going on across from the apartment but that is outwith their control.We didnt let it bother us.

If you are looking for a place at the beach, it’s a very good choice. Suits at Sea 1 is right at the beach, we stayed at Suits at Sea II which is less than 10 minutes away by foot from the beach. The only thing was that the apartments don’t have air conditioning, they do however have sealing fans. Overall, great apartment and the beach is fabulous.
We missed having air conditioning, particularly since there was a heatwave for most of the days we were there, so it was quite hot. It’s probably ok most of the time.

Owner very accomodating, really comfy beds and large shower which is really convenient with children.
Minor details not worth mentioning. This was a really good place which was perfectly located.
