I thought it was closer to the Cruise Port. It is about 10 minutes by car. Avis car rental offers free rides to the port which is only about a block from the condo. Other than that it was close to the ocean and beach which we loved.

We stayed 2 night until we boarded a cruise ship on Monday. It was a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach.

Location to the beach was excellent! Kitchen was fully functional and there were beach items available for use. The beds were squeaky (mattress covers perhaps?).

We stayed here for 2 nights before our cruise. Dee Dees place is clean and in a great location. We walked 1 block to the beach. We walked on the beach down to the pier where there is shopping and restaurants. We are about 2 blocks from a 7-11 so we could get some drinks and snacks. Loved the beach! It was so gorgeous and so close by. It was about a $15 Lyft ride to the cruise port. The one thing I do recommend is renting a car from Avis. We could have pick the car up at the airport and dropped it off about 2 blocks from this condo. Avis has a cruise shuttle from this location to the cruise ports. It was about an $80 Lyft ride from the airport (MCO) to the condo (it was very busy when I flew in). About the condo, it was very clean and decorated cute. Nice furniture. Everything we needed for the beach was there minus sunscreen. The bathroom was small but worked for what we needed. Beds were comfy. The fridge has an ice maker. The only downside was the food choices around there. You had to walk a ways to get to them. Normally this would have been fine but we were there during a heat advisory and it was over 100 degrees. We needed up getting some things to make at the condo from Dollar General and we had a great time! I would definitely stay here again. Cocoa Beach is beautiful and it seems to go on forever.

Enjoyed our stay in a quiet neighborhood. This unit is part of a multiunit property and there was no noise from other units.

This unit was so close to the beach and everything else, also had everything we needed, from towels, to kitchen stuff, to beach stuff. The unit was also clean and cozy! Definitely a home away from home! Will definitely come back here soon! Dee dee was also super nice and accommodating! Definitely recommend this rental!

The condo is just as described with lots of space, natural light, and adorably decorated. The apartment has absolutely anything you may need while staying in Cocoa Beach from cooking implements, towels, and even beach gear. The beach is 2-minute walk and there are many dining options close by I look forward to coming back again and staying in Dee Dee's place

Loved the outside patio. Really nice area to sit and chill with a drink. Loved the proximity to the beach. Our stay was comfortable. I wish we had have stayed here instead of heading to Miami afterwards. We would have preferred to stay here. The location was quiet with not much around, but that suited us fine. We only wanted a base for the Space center and beach. I recommend a meal at Sage Bistro - it was fantastic.

Quiet, comfortable condo just a short walk from the beach. Excellent pricing for the location and amenities. A good jumping off point for area activities, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Would 100% stay again.

My friend and I stayed here before going on a cruise. It was the cutest place and the area was great! Comfy beds and everything we needed.

Dee Dee was awesome and we loved our trip so much! It’s just a minute walk onto the sand, we were able to surf right there on the local beach, and the place was really cute. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

This was just what we were looking for. The owner was very helpful and communicated everything we needed to know ahead of our stay.

My family enjoyed our stay . The property manager was quick in responding to our messages. Close to cruise port and many restaurants around. The beach was just steps away and we had a parking spot for rented car.

This is a really nice unit to stay, decorated super nice. Short walk to beach and middle of cocoa. We had a wonderful time, Was hot so spent a little time in unit, but seeing it was so comforting, we didn't mind at all.

This was a perfect spot for a quick stay before cruising out of Port Canaveral. The condo was well described and was loaded with many extra things that we needed for the beach. The floors were quite dirty and my feet were black, is really the only complaint I had. The owner is super nice and communication is excellent. It is an older building which looks to have been a motel that has been renovated. It has some age on it but had brand new appliances and is well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.
