Absolute perfection. Even closer to Byron than it looks on the map. Took five minutes to walk into town. Close to the farmers market as in a couple of minutes property is spotless and gorgeously decorated. So many thoughtful details. It feels like you’re in the rainforest with the enormous garden and the backdrop of Forest and Bushland at the back. Do not hesitate to book this property if you can

We loved the location and the house. It’s as good as it looks online. It’s an easy walk to the beach and shops. It looks out over trees, and it’s very quiet.
The kitchen was well set up, unlike most rental properties, and we could actually cook and serve a meal without difficulty (which is often not the case). Every little detail is thought of.
The decor is very attractive, the house is well set up for a relaxed family setting and the pool is lovely.
I cannot recommend this property more highly.

Gorgeous property, in a perfect spot. We stayed as a group of 6 adults for a girls weekend and it was great. There is a bit of distance between the house and the pool house so we opted to all stay together in the main house, but plenty of space.

Staying at 2 Beach house Byron Bay
This property is great. The house itself is very modern with everything you need. There is a spacious outdoor entertaining area as well. On top of this is the space the property has. There is a huge backyard and swimming pool. Furthermore is it only a very short walk into the heart of Byron.

Stunning Property + Epic Location
This property is absolutely stunning!! An excellent location, so close to town and the beach while still feeling like a relaxing and quiet oasis. My family, bridesmaids and I had an amazing couple of days and getting ready in this light and airy house. The backyard is HUGE and the gardens are perfect.
I could not recommend Greg and Lyn's place highly enough. Thank you so much, I hope to be back soon!

Strict rules about noise in this area with threats of fines and security intervention which made us feel a little uncomfortable
We didn’t have any problems however and enjoyed our stay

Fantastic Stay
We had a brilliant week at 2beachhouse. The house is very comfortable and spacious, the beds are super comfy and location is perfect. Our kids and dog loved the huge yard and we made good use of the bikes, ping pong table and other supplied games equipment. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you Greg and Lyn.

Absolutely superb. The house was perfect for our group of 5 friends. The deck is amazing, the yard is lush and peaceful, the heated pool is beautiful, and the house is exactly how it looks in the photos. Short walk to restaurants etc. Don’t want to leave and would happily stay again.

Check your worries at the gate
Despite having looked at photos online, we still had a “wow” moment when arriving at this fab house: I invited 5 girlfriends to join me for a birthday celebration...this place was a perfect place to chill and chat. It is a 5 min walk to town; ditto to Main Beach. The house is spacious and airy, so everyone had plenty of room, and you are spoilt for choice if you want a quiet spot to sit in the sun or the shade to read or snooze. We made good use of the pool too. The house is very well equipped which makes life easy,& Greg always answered my questions quickly. We appreciated being able to check in early since we arrived on a very early flight.

Fresh beach house luxury!
Fantastic property, very cosy, with lots of fantastic details (gourmet alike kitchen, plenty of beach/pool and bath towels, nice linen, very useful swimming pool, large and beautiful garden, etc) and literally 3min walk to Byron bay CENTER. Great communication with hosts. Pure pleasure.

Favourite holiday house yet
This is true best family holiday house I have stayed at. It’s clean and fresh and open. Kids love the open plan backyard.
The photos don’t do this house justice, it’s is so stunning and the perfect distance from the main town (walking distance) that you feel you can get away from the busy streets.
Pool was so warm and perfect to hop in and out of and play games in the sun.
The house had everything supplied, from cleaning supplies and towels, to games and bikes.
Greg and Lynn were so easy to work with and really great with suggestions in the town.
I will rent this house again and again.

Relaxation at its Best
We have just spent 4 wonderful days at 2 beach house in beautiful Byron. It was amazing short break for a group of very tired Mums. Greg was so helpful with making sure that we had everything we needed and went out of his way to provide us with lots of extras, suntan lotion and mosquito repellent. The house was so tastefully decorated and beautifully presented with beach umbrellas set up in the gareden and outdoor chairs. We walked everywhere...to the lighthouse daily, enjoyed cofffee and eating out in some fantastic restaurants in Byron.

We had the most memorable week . This gorgeous house is so close to town yet you feel like you are miles from anywhere.
2 Beachhouse has everything you could possibly want from beach chairs to bikes .

The house had a really lovely feel and the indoor/outdoor connection works really well.
The weather was not great whilst we were there and Greg and Lyn were most helpful in suggesting other fun things to do in Byron and nearby.

Fabulous property
We had such a relaxing and comfortable stay at this delightful, well equipped beach house. It was very clean and well maintained with lots of lovely little decorating touches and a beautiful landscaped garden. A home away from home and perfectly positioned within easy walking distance to the beach and town centre. Highly recommend for anyone wanting an idyllic escape to Byron Bay and all that it offers.
