The house was clean and tidy and in good condition. The kitchen was well equipped for catering for a large group like ours. Everyone enjoyed the BBQ on the deck. The house is well located not far from the beach and shops. The owner is quick to respond to messages and the check in process was easy. I recommend this place for large group stays.

The accommodation for this place is optimal for visiting huskinson and all the beaches in Jervis bay by car. I had a great time with my friends with all of them having their own room the sitting areas are really nice in the backyard and balconies that are there was always a parking at the front of the house no matter what time we had arrived home.
The host responded to our questions quickly whenever we had any and really made our stay enjoyable. Would come here again if I go back to Jervis bay.

We had an incredible family holiday at this elegant place! The cleanliness and beauty of the place were remarkable. It comes equipped with all the necessities, and the location is perfect. The highlight for us was the fantastic BBQ area and the spacious backyard – great for family gatherings. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

I liked the house's view and neighbourhood.
The Sheets wasn't clean and outdoor furniture was mouldy.
If owner deep cleans the house next time, quests will enjoy more.
also house has 2 seperate space, 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. its not easy using both spaces together.

Communication and check-in/out were flawless. Many spaces to spend time on the property, upstairs or downstairs living area, outside on the deck at the front or back of the house, backyard ground level. Ocean views from the back deck were superb. The bedrooms were a great size, and some of the mattresses at the bottom of the bunks probably could benefit from being replaced, but not unbearable to sleep on. The advertisement states the property is 600m from the beach, that is, as the crow flies, not a walking path. However, you still are not far from the beach.
We cannot thank the host enough, we will most definitely be back.

Meltony is such an easy person to communicate, very clear with detailed info. House has a very nice balcony with amazing view. Rooms are good sized, comfortable beds. Only comment is that there are a lot of spider webs in the balcony and wooden table, which we had to try to clean since we have kids in the group. But overall, such a steal! Will definitely recommend!

Wedding prep
My groomsmen and I stayed here to prepare for the wedding and the groomsmen booked it for an extra night on short notice and it was no issue.

Quick getaway
This house was beautiful, with great views and the two storey space foe just perfect for two families to enjoy. Great location, quick drive/ walk down the road to the most beautiful beach. Close to local shops and a quick drive to Huskisson.
Booking and communication with property management was quick and easy. Definitely will be returning for a longer stay.

Weekend Stay
Great location, back deck with views was nice. Lacking some staples (olive oil, tomato sauce), aircon is preset and locked off so you can’t adjust it, and it didn’t seem to have been cleaned very well. Apart from that, it was a good stay.

End of year 12 getaway
Communication with the host was excellent. Loved the location of house. Looking forward to returning for another holiday. Perfect set up for the 12 of us. Would definitely recommend this property. We had a great time!

The fifth room is not a room, it were two single beds set in the downstairs sitting room
Overall good,
We have to go to real estate agent to pick up return keys. That will be perfect if the keys are stored in the property (eg code key locks)

Perfect for group stay
We had such a pleasant stay over the weekend. With a party of 12, this accommodation was just perfect. So much space, ample amenities and the host was very prompt with communication.
Definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Vincentia or the Nowra area.

Property was in a good location with a great view. Meltony was easy to communicate with. A great space, with a separate downstairs area for extended family or a teenagers retreat.

Great weekend retreat
A good place to stay to escape from the city. Just a short walk to the beach, and well set up, clean etc. One light wasn't working in a bedroom, and we had to liaise with property manager to get the key dropped, only suggestion would be perhaps to install a lockbox at the property but otherwise a great house and exactly what we were after! Thanks

It was a lovely short gate away with my family. The are really nice to stay for beach holiday
The house really clean, my family loved staying there. The only minus thing about this house is not much tea towel and no bath mat or hand towel provided. The bathroom floor quite slippery without bath mat when getting out from the shower. But rather then that, it was lovey and very nice house to stay.

It’s was excellent
We were a family of 5 (2 adults, 5 year olds twins and a 9 year old) and we had my parents with us. The house was solid and ticked all the boxes. The layout was perfect for us. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed, including extra plates for entertaining. The location was great 6 min to the beach. Beds and pillows were comfortable and aircon was great. Wifi was very helpful. One tiny minus was there was no drier but a washing machine and clothes line, it rained a bit while we were there but me managed. The comms with owner was excellent - so wonderful and helpful. They even let us bring our Cavoodle who enjoyed the holiday as much as we did. We will be back! Many thanks!

Big space within walking distance to beach
The place has a lot of space and a large backyard - good for big family groups. The downstairs is a studio which is handy. The upstairs bathroom is small however but the studio bathroom is generous. The big deck with a BBQ is great for entertaining.

Overpriced but good location
The property is clean and tidy but dated. It needs a dramatic renovation. We were not able to adjust the AC as the controls are covered/blocked with a metallic cover which is odd! For the price we paid it was overpriced.
