This is the second year that we have booked this house and it did not disappoint! Great time last year, even better this year.
We have lots of kids and adults and the flow of the house is perfect. Spaces for hanging out together and for tucking little one in for a nap. The neighborhood is clean, people friendly and the walk to the beach is a great adventure-just the right distance. Three or so blocks in the opposite direction is an amazing park and turtle pond! We feel lucky to have found such a comfortable home that really suits all our needs

We brought our families together from near in Maryland and from far in Germany to share a week at the beach with our new grandson.
This house felt more like a home and was the perfect place for our vacation. The home is well decorated and spacious. The floor plan provides space for gathering and space to have some solo or quiet time. The outside backyard is delightful as is the back screened porch.
Overall just a wonderful home for our gathering and we would definitely rent this house again and recommend it to friends.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! It is roomy and well equipped. The parking availability was a real bonus. The decks and patio/garden area were enjoyed by everyone -we love being outside. This property is very well located in relation to the beach, shops and boardwalk. I highly recommend this property for a comfortable stay in Rehoboth, Delaware.

Our family of 5 were very comfortable in this wonderful home. Well designed layout for a large family/guests. Short walks to both the beach and town made for an ideal location. Loved the backyard herb garden and comfy screened-in porch. We had a great stay in Rehoboth and will definitely plan a return trip.

Our family trip was perfect thanks in large measure to our accommodations. We were extremely lucky to have rented this great house to serve as our home-base for a week. The home worked so well for us! There was space for couples, individuals and kids. The house was clean and an easy, delightful walk to the beautiful beach. There are 15 of us in the family-ranging in ages from 1-70! This house provided us with excellent common space for all of us to gather, eat, laugh, play games and simply enjoy being together. It also had spaces that were adaptable for kids needing naps, adults needing to check into work or anyone needing some privacy. The kitchen allowed chefs to prepare meals, while still being part of the family conversation. Even the outside areas were lovely-the back, quiet and more private, the front a playground for 6 kids, parents, grandparents and neighbors walking by. The house was close to a great park and easy walk to the main areas of Rehoboth Beach. It was everything we hoped for!

Great location and layout for an extended family long weekend. House was well furnished and easy to feel at home. Nice enclosed yard for small dog and kitchen layout was perfect.
Couple issues with fireplace and front patio door … prop manager immediately responded. Door should be fixed before next rental.

We had a family get together with my 3 adults children and their partners. We have dogs as well which always makes it tougher to find a large property. The layout works well for privacy with4 bedrooms upstairs and a separated en with walk out porch on that level The floors are luxury vinyl or tile which makes it easier with the dogs coming and going with paws that are sometimes muddy. Keeping the floors clean was not an issue. The back yard is fenced and secure which is an essential for us with the dogs as we don't want to spend all our time monitoring the dogs when we are outside.
The area is walkable but 3 blocks to the boardwalk which is fine for us as we are walkers and runners but might not work well if you have issues with ambulation.

We had fifteen people aged 12 to 86 and 2 dogs, everyone really enjoyed our stay
including my dogs .
The House was clean and the kitchen was well supplied . The fenced yard was a
plus for the dogs .

Large house, unusual layout
Great neighborhood, and large house, but the layout and kitchen was not conducive to our 16 guests. Fridge didn't make ice very efficiently and kitchen table only sat 8.

Spacious, clean, conveniently located beach home
We were extremely pleased with this home. It was perfect for our family, and an easy walk to the beach. The house was clean, well maintained, with plenty of space. Even the futon in the den was comfortable! I love to cook and the kitchen was well appointed with what I needed. 4 bathrooms made it great for a larger group. The back patio and yard was well designed and comfortable. We loved that they had board games and books, which we may have used if it were a longer trip. The host/manager was responsive and helpful. It wasn’t cold enough for us to use but the gas fireplace is a great feature as well.

Great place to stay!
My family and I just return from a week long stay at this property. We had 6 adults and 2 small children and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house was very clean when we arrived and there was plenty of dishes/ silverware/ pots/pan for our every day needs. The location is walking distance to both Rehoboth ave and the beach/boardwalk. If you are traveling with kids, there is a park less then a block away, that my kids really enjoyed. This is a great rental

Excellent House!
House was perfect! Clean, plenty of space, great location! Only 3 blocks from beach and town. Did not have to use my car all week. Jeremy was an excellent manager too! Responded immediately with any minor request we had. Couldn’t ask for a better place!

Family Vacation
Great house. Plenty of room for adults and kids. Only negative was fairly long walk to beach especially with 5 kids 8 and under. Close to .5 of a mile. But very nice neighborhood.

Very nice
The house was perfect for our family. The layout was very welcoming, and we loved the screened in patio. Jeremy did a great job with communicating to us and preparing us for our stay.

Disappointments
The handles on the patio doors were missing or weren’t working. The patio doors In the master suite didnt open at all which defeats the purpose of advertising them with the master. Also! The bed in the master suite was horrible. There’s a deep box spring then on top a 2” memory foam mattress. We brought queen sheets and they wouldn’t stay on the bed. It was too deep. The grill outside hadnt been cleaned in awhile and caught fire when we cooked hamburgers and hot dogs. They all burned. When cleaning up to go we were curious as to why we had to put the quilts back on the beds the way we found them because the info said totally sanitized. It freaked us out to think the last people that slept in the beds were the ones that made them. There was a lock on the pantry door in the kitchen. We were unaware of the lock and some one locked it. The property manager had to hire a locksmith to come open it. We put masking tape on it to keep it from locking again

Nice place and great location
Nice house and property. Nice location with a reasonably short walk to the beach. Parking is convenient. Back yard set up is nice. You may want to invest in better outdoor chairs. Plumbing/Water Temperature needs some work. Inside back door handle fell off. Outside shower should be more private. Overall, this is a nice place where we would go again.

Actual home is better than the pictures
We had 6 people stay for a family vacation and it was a great time. The house looked better than the pictures showed, and it was extremely comfortable and spacious. Unlike some of the newer built homes that have card board thin walls and floors, this house has good bones. It is well insulated and there is plenty of privacy. The location to the beach and downtown also can’t be beat.

Great beach getaway
Jeremy was very responsive as a property manager. The house lived up to the photos (which isn't always true w/ online listings). There were so many little spaces to retreat to (we rented w/ our friends, so two families with a total of four teens) with multiple balconies, TV rooms and more. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely--no rowdy renters. We walked to dinner and the beach (ten minutes to either), and ditched the car for our trip. It was a great beach getaway! I would rent this house again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful!
This was our second time staying at this house. It's wonderful. Great location; walking distance to town and perfect for any walkers or runners! Open floor plan is perfect. They fenced in the backyard since our last stay which was the BEST UPGRADE EVER! We hope to go back again in the fall!

Great vacation spot
House was a exactly as described! Clean, orderly and plenty of room. The layout was cool promoting togetherness yet also giving people space that spread out. We were a family of 10 9 adults and 1 baby. Location is excellent: 3 blocks from Beach and a few blocks From he Avenue. Walking and biking distance to everything. Quiet neighborhood , family oriented

Perfect for a group
The house is close to everything in Rehoboth and we were able to abandon our cars for the weekend. The layout of the house is fantastic with multiple common rooms and lovely front and back porches. You can have as much or as little privacy as you need. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat, as would the other members of our group!

Our August vacation
The house is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful houses. It is three long blocks away from the beach, but the walk is lovely because of the beautifully landscaped gardens along the way. The center of town is not far away, so the location is ideal.
The house itself is lovely. It's bright and airy with tall ceilings and lots of windows. We were a party of seven adults and four small children, and we never felt cramped. The house can easily sleep eleven people on the second floor (the top bunk was a little hard to get down from so we didn't let our little ones use it), and four on the first floor. The only drawback to the furnishings was the dining table which seated only eight. For a house that sleeps so many, it doesn't have a table that can seat more than eight. Fortunately, we found a table in the upstairs sitting room which we brought down and added to the dining table. This solved our problem. The dining room is large enough to accommodate a much longer table. We enjoyed the house, the screened-in porch, the outside shower, and the nice little yard. The kitchen had lots of pots and pans and plates as such, but you literally had to bring your own paper goods, detergents, salt and pepper, spices, and basic cooking supplies. All in all, we had a great experience!

Dirty and Run Down
We were very disappointed with the state of this property. It was dirty and needs many repairs. We communicated this to the property manager who did not visit but sent the cleaning company owner. She did what she could during 2 hours we all left the house. The property management needs to put eyes on this house. The house needs attention.

Lots of space and well provisioned
This large house had plenty of room for our extended family, and the layout of bedrooms was such that all had comfort and privacy at night. With one bedroom and a futon downstairs, the layout also assured us that the elders in our family didn't have to climb the stairs. The common space (kitchen, dining room, living room) is open plan and spacious, allowing for talking, fun, games and interacting for all. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishware, cookware and the smaller items (coffee grinders and presses for example) that often are not found in vacation rentals. There was a nice supply of books and games, as well. The parking passes, beach cart and cooking grills were an added bonus.
The location is very convenient to the beach, boardwalk and downtown Rehoboth Beach with its wide array of shops and restaurants.
The house was clean and the labels throughout with instructions for how to operate accessories and lights were very much appreciated.
There were a few maintenance and household upkeep items that, while not serious, could easily have been addressed at some point before or during the vacation season to make this an exemplary property. For example, one door to an upstairs balcony didn't open; one bathroom towel rack was missing; fresh paint was needed in some outdoor places. But these were minor and didn't detract from the overall fine experience.
Finally, Jeremy, our property management contact, was extremely helpful before, during and after our visit. Kudos to him for his help and assistance throughout.
