The location was excellent, close to supermarket, restaurants etc.

There was absolutely no view at all, the windows looked out onto brick walls. Other than that, just felt the apartment was a bit tired although Ok.

Ich war frühzeitig angereist und bekam mein Appartement schon nach 13h

Leider gab es in der Küche kein warmes Leitungswasser, sodass ich es ,mit dem Wasscherkochen separat heiss machen musste

El apartamento es estupendo. Es muy amplio y limpio, y está prácticamente nuevo. Además nos dejaron acceder un poco antes de la hora, dándonos otro apartamento mejor que tenían disponible. Totalmente encantadas.

Die Lage war perfekt, das Personal sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, die Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet, so dass kochen und die Zubereitung von Speisen möglich war. Fernseher in Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, bequeme Couch. Auch die Größe des Appartements war völlig ausreichend. Die Dachterasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Rund herum ist viel Gastronomie mit gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis vorhanden, das Servicepersonal spricht unter anderem auch englisch.

Es war nicht alles perfekt. Das WiFi war nicht in der kompletten Wohnung empfangbar. Da wo es drauf ankam (im Wohnzimmer) war es oft schwach bis gar nicht vorhanden. Auch auf der Dachterasse war fast kein Empfang. Die Waschmaschine war nicht (mehr) vorhanden, den Anschluss gab es aber. Alternativ gibt es direkt nebenan einen Waschsalon. Die Kaffeemaschine war ein Camping Kaffeekocher, kein Thema, damit kenne ich mich aus aber eine schnelle Nummer ist das nicht, naja was soll’s? Man ist ja im Urlaub und da hat man ja auch Zeit. Das Bett war extrem schmal. Die Codes für die Schlüssel und das Wifi haben wir nicht wie angekündigt am Tag der Anreise bekommen. Das lief leider nur auf mehrfache Nachfrage, die Organisatoren waren auch nicht gut telefonisch erreichbar.

The apartment I booked was a decent size and well equipped with a good sized lounge/kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom and a washing machine. It was also good value for money. The location was excellent for accessing Arrecife with a supermarket within a minute's walk and buses within walking distance for exploring elsewhere. The apartment block also had a large shared sun terrace with plenty of space and loungers.

I was offered an 'upgrade' to my original booking in a surrounding building, but it turned out to be a much smaller apartment. However, when I complained about it, the problem was quickly sorted and I was able to take up my original booking with no problems. The apartment was generally in good shape, but the apartment shower door needs replacing as it leaks at the bottom. There was no balcony, but the terrace should suffice for anyone wanting outside space.

The staff put pressure in the last minute to send our passport copies to some 3rd party website and holding key code to ransom without it. Surely this should be against GDPR and not allowed by booking.com? Is this just because of staff's convenience as they didn't want to be there to check us in? But then why did booking.com advice "someone will meet you at the apartment for check in"? Apartment had no ventilation without the risk of letting mosquitos in. Just 1 small table fan for the whole apartment and warm nights! So no sleep :-(. Also, my requests for keeping bags for sometime upon checkout was conveniently not answered by the host/staff and nobody was there at checkout time.

No es una critica, si no pequeñas mejoras que creo que podrían ser útiles. Indicaba que había artículos de aseo, pero solo había jabón y un secador (por ejemplo, no había champú). En la cocina una bayeta o algún artículos de limpieza similar habría sido de gran utilidad.

Su ubicación, sus instalaciones y más la terraza.

La limpieza, hay que hacer más hincapié en ella.

Igual debería instalar aire acondicionado por ser Lanzarote, que suele haber calor.

my appartment was on ground floor but felt like an old basement. Due to the high windows without any curtains. And no decorations. The smell was strange and it did not felt clean. The bed sheets were washed but full of stains. Price / quality is not worth it for multiple days. Pictures looked better than real in my opinion.

IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND THE STREET SINCE BOTH GOOGLE AND WAYS WERE NOT AVAILABLE AND THE APT WAS ON THE SECOND FLOOR WITH NO ELEVATOR

The kitchen was well equipped and we did use it every day. It was clean and comfortable, however the walls were very thin.

The walls are thin and you could even hear people using the toilet. it was quite embarrassing.

The location was perfect.

The apartment is worth its money, however the walls are thin and if you do want to have a good sleep, you better have ear plugs with you.

The flat should have a better access system, since I ran into trouble when my keys weren't in the safe the day before last. Fortunately, I had spare keys that were given to me.
