The appartement is modern, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Beds are first class and guarantee a good sleep in the night. Air conditioning and ventilators are available, as well as sattelite TV. We used the appartement for a week of work and holiday. Working during the day with the available WiFi worked very well and the central location in Arrecife gave us a good starting point for exploring the city in the evening. Supermarkets and restaurants are just around the corner. Did I mention the free parking space for a rental car? Yes, that‘s available, too. I can only warmly recommend this appartement with it‘s nice terrace.

There is really nothing that we didn‘t like!

We really liked the outdoor space. Good location close to everything but quiet at night.

Although wine, beer, and water in fridge was nice we arrived late evening shops shut so bread, butter and milk would be good.

Its a really lovely apartment.. Everything was clean and very well kept.. The beds were very comfortable.Its so close to shops cafe’s and some lovely restaurants.Jorge was so nice and promptly answered any questions we had .It was a family holiday 4 adults and a 2 yr old .There really was everything we needed there. I will definitely be going back.

Jorge my host is an amazing chap! Prior to and after my arrival, he sent me numerous literature on places to see/visit not just in Arrecife, but the entire Island! Jorge met me at the side of the property and handed me the keys. We arrived early, so he made us leave our luggage inside the apartment and showed us around the flat, how to access the safety box and a tour of the car park in the basement. Jorge made us feel very welcome and appreciated. The apartment is very clean and well furnished with a fully functioning kitchen. The apartment's location in Arrecife is superb! It is within walking distance to the amazing waterfront, Playa del Reducto, supermarkets, the numerous eateries, and most importantly, both the flat and the neighbourhood are very safe, the balcony has an amazing panoramic view. I will highly recommend the apartment!

The apartment was really beautiful, well located, silent and it was fully equiped.
