location is superb. the house is located outside the village, so it’s very calm and perfect for relaxation. although the cafes and grocery shop is nearby.

It was a great apartman, with a sea view, and a very kind owner. Everything was clean. You can take a dog, but please dont let him /her bark all day, there was one that i could drop to the water :)

Excellent location, lovely hostess Petra.

Gorgeous old apartment building right on the water. Outdoor barbecue facilities and rooms have a small fridge and burner for cooking along with basic cooking equipment and utensils. Rooms are basic but clean, water views from the rooms are superb. Splitska is only a short walk away for dining and the grocery store. Park and beaches a few minutes away too! The property has lots of loungers for sunbathing and you can dive into the azure blue water right off of the rocks at the shore!

The place with private beach, umbrellas and beds. Very close to Splitska where you have some good restaurants . There are many beautiful beaches along the road to Supetar.

Some basic kitchen utensils were missing including frying spatula nad there were not enough glasses.

The location is sublime. Direct access to the beach with nice views from the balcony.

There are a few things we didn’t like and we expected more for that price. The host seems to not care at all about the guests being difficult to find/contact her. The hotel apparently has cleaning room service but during our stay of 4 nights no one came to clean. We just got some fresh towels but we had to request it. The beds are uncomfortable and so the pillows. It is so calm that some times you feel abandoned because you can barely find someone of the staff being around. I remember one day I heard someone opening the door of our room and it was the host itself not realising our room was already booked for few days. She knocked afterwards apologizing about the mistake. To wrap up the last day we agreed that she will provide us a taxi driver to take us to the ferry. To our surprise she basically forgot to call the driver and she was sleeping at the time of our check-out. Luckily one of the cleaning staff helped us.

The location is really great for those who would like to stay apart from crowds.The beach is next too ,so really easy to reach it.The host was polite and always asking if we need something.The kitchen is equipped with the minimum necessary but is enough.

There are no clear rules how to get the keys at arrival, even if we announced the aprox arrival time, so took a little bit of time to have it.The refrigerator size and performance is poor.Has to be solved the cooling of the refrigerator back! The coffee making machine is old fashioned should be replaced by a new one. The wi-fi is not working often,the internet is too slow to be enough for remote working ,so you can't relay on!

Awesome view and private "beach". Very quiet and peaceful.

The primary reason we chose this property was because we didn't want to interact with too many people at this time. The property offered a perfect blend. It was near enough to the main towns that we could visit them, and far away enough to avoid crowds. Also, the access to the ocean is amazing! The host, Petra, is really nice. She was nice enough to give is a cake on my wife's birthday. Also, we accidentally set off the fire alarm. She first came to make sure we were ok. We would certainly stay here next time.

It's not really about the property. However, the public transportation on the island is near to non existent. I would urge you to get your own car or rent a scooter like we did.
