Overhead shower did not work. No instructions how to use the stove top until asked. One roll of toilet paper and no paper towels to start. Definitely shop before going.

Lovely studios and suites with a beautiful sea view. Beach was lovely and near. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Bed was very comfortable. I booked first three nights but extended my staying for two weeks because I loved the place. It felt like being at home. Small kitchen in the room was great. There was a washing machine in my room which was useful because I travel with small luggage.

The hotel room was nice and clean. The staff were nice and friendly and very helpful with organising our taxi to the airport. The bed was comfy, the view was exceptional, especially at sunset. It is in a quiet area yet very close to the historical centre, all you have to do is walk up, literally! The hills are a little steep but there are steps everywhere so we walked up slowly to the centre. The tartufo ice cream is not to be missed. The hotel is about 10 mins walk to the train station which was very convenient as we tried a different beach every day. Restaurants are very close, you can either walk down to the sea, 2 minutes away or you can just walk up to the centre and there are many places to eat or just have a coffee. Do not miss Casa Mastroianni, which is by the sea, for a good coffee, tartufo icecream and pastries and just sitting down and enjoying the sun.

There was no lift and the last flight of stairs is a little higher than the rest, otherwise, nothing to complain about

Location was excellent, close to beach and a good number of bars and restaurants. The room was a fantastic size, especially the bathroom. There were 4 of us and it did not feel over crowded. The view from the room and the style was excellent.

The bed and pillows. It was extremely uncomfortable, to the point that we couldn't sleep. They have spent a fortune doing the place up but in my opinion the beds and pillows should be changed immediately. When we arrived there was sand on the floor from previous guests and during our stay it was cleaned but not very well. The shower was dirty and it wasn't swept well. It felt like the owners do not check what is happening in the place. It is such a shame because I wanted to give it a 10 out of 10 rating but little things need to be sorted.

Good location, just few minutes the beach and the historical city. Good breakfast in a bar next to the sea.

Room was large, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Great view for sunset.

Location is actually #51 NOT #15 and this made finding the place a challenge. Property does not have assigned parking—it’s a free for all to find parking on the street or in public parking lot.

for us was ok but the building has a lot of stairs, so if you have a disability better ask for a room on the first floor.. either way Pizzo has a lot of stairs.

Really nice place, Friendly People and Check when the Sun goes Down from the luxury Bed was wonderfull! The City is absolutly Romantic and so many live inside ,we like it,we Love this Place❤ Clean,luxury,New and Nice Apartment! 🤗👌 Sorry of my Bad English 🙃
