Close to tram.
Kitchen allowed us to eat late after event without having g to search for late night takeaway.

Tim was very flexible with times and really easy to get hold of. He was lovely and really friendly, couldn't do enough for us!

The property is ideal for families. It is in a nice quiet location with the tram stop across the road. The rooms have all the facilities you need for a self catering holiday.
There is nothing we did not like. However, I would suggest anyone who has mobility issues to book flats 1-3 as the other flats are up 1 or 2 flights of stairs and there is no lift.

The location was perfect to hop on and off the tram. Shower was ok. Near to a shop and cafe. Quite area. Sockets by the bed for phone charging and wifi was good. Lights above the bed too. The oven worked well. The host was very friendly (and his dog). TV worked well and the remote worked on both TV's. Tea, coffee and milk sachets on arrival.
The bed was hard. Only 2 bath towels. No bath mat when you step out of the shower. The sink in the toilet/shower room is not big enough, when you wash the water spills over. It's only really big enough to wash your hands. Very small shower room. The sea view was very limited. The kitchen wasn't well equipped. No scissors, cutlery was limited, 2 folks, knives, spoons. Cups, glasses and tea plates in the cupboard were dirty on arrival and we had no washing up sponge/cloth to clean them. The host did get one to us later. The bedroom was very small and the bed a small double, you had to walk sideways to get into bed. You need to pay for electricity via a coin meter. Not much but we weren't aware of this before arrival. No fan in the room and it was very hot (not usual Blackpool weather I know) the windows only opened at the top a little. The toilet seat was loose. It was very small, the pictures don't show this. However for a couple of nights it's okay. Lobby/entrance/stairs need updating. Vacuuming the stairs would be a start.

Tim is a lovely host, nothing too much difficult and a font of knowledge about where to eat and visit.
The flat was very comfortable and a perfect base to explore Blackpool.
Completely unrelated to the flat however the tram was an issue. Constantly full and not very regular and when you have 2 year old little legs the walk all the way down to the tower is very tiring.

Room in general is excellent value for money and clean
Not enough towels were supplied (only 2 bath towels for full stay Mon to Fri and there was no shower mat so the floor was very slippery getting out of the shower

The apartment was well maintained. Nice and tidy and had everything we needed. Parking was excellent and we were made to feel at home straight away. Tram stop literally outside and a great Seaview.

Tim was kind enough to come along and give us the key earlier than our check in as we arrived around 10.30am. We had all the things we needed to make our stay pleasurable ( shame the weather wasn’t so kind).

Brilliant host kept in touch came showed us round and gave good advice on places to eat

Communication from the owners was great. Very close to a tram spot and was very quiet on a night.
I just felt like the room was quite run down and needed a bit of tlc. Very random on the kitchen utensils not exactly what you need/enough for basic cooking and the extraction fan didn’t work. It wasn’t dirty but found hairs in bedding and the shower and felt it just needed a better clean. When I pulled the sofa bed out a used plaster and baby wipe came out with it.

Flat was very very Clean. Nice bathroom. Lcd on both rooms. Kitchen with 2 irons and full cooking accessories.
Back door gives private entrance anytime. Comfortable sofa.
1. The Green Single sofa bed on the floor. It was not comfortable. 1 of wood was exact underneath back and very painful. My son slept on floor even we paid for beds. This was not good experience.
2. There was not available bath accessories like hand wash, shampoo, body wash soap, etc

Nice and quiet and out the way of the hussle and bussle. The owner gave lots of information and made sure checking in was easy. Place was lovely and clean. Great location by a tram stop. Much nicer in the north shore. Would definitely book again!
Not much we didn't like to be honest. Only one roll of toilet paper which ran out by the morning which was a bit inconvenient but that's struggling to find something bad haha

The holiday flat was well equipment with full stocked kitchen equipment and fridge, family table to eat round. The bedroom has plenty of room and ample storage.
Bathroom clean and well equipped shower towel where provided which was a bonus.
Secure access into the flats.
The tram was minutes away walk central to get around, the area was peaceful and quiet but a tram ride away from busy Blackpool.
Car parking facilities to the holiday flat two second walk very secure and safe.
The host was full of information from local eateries to activities in and around Blackpool and available to help out.

Perfectly located for us - just a stones throw away from a tram stop which was perfect to go down to the piers but then be away in a little place of tranquility when we came back. Tim was great in giving us recommendations to eat and visit and attentive to any needs we had.

The room was lovely and clean the beds were just so comfortable I wish mine was as comfortable at home! Tim the owner was so lovely and recommended a few places nearby for us!
