Situé sur un grand terrain privé, la maison dispose de 10 chambres confortables, 6. 5 salles de bain complètes et peut accueillir jusqu'à 30 personnes. Avec plus de 6800 pieds carrés d'espace de vie, il y a trop de commodités à énumérer!
Le plan d'étage à aire ouverte en fait un endroit parfait pour des sorties en famille, des voyages avec un groupe d'amis, des voyages de ski ou simplement un week-end, cette maison a tout pour à peu près tout le monde!
Le premier étage se compose d'une salle de jeux de 1 600 pieds carrés comprenant un billard, un jeu de palets, un baby-foot, un bar et un réfrigérateur et une télévision à écran plat de 75 "pour une expérience ultime de divertissement! Sautez dans la piscine chauffée de 30 pieds juste à l'extérieur sur le pont ou détendez-vous dans le grand spa pour 8 personnes! The place was a perfect place for our family of 30, ages 2-86. Lots of room to be together OR spread out. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all ages and the front lawn was a great place for a fun game of wiffle. The kitchen was well equipped and bedrooms and baths were as stated. Lovely stay

My family and I spent the holiday at this amazing property. Tina and Boris were great host. They check in with us and answered our text quickly. We enjoyed the house so much we did not even leave to do any other activities. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The pools and out door deck area was our favorite part. The house is very spacious. The kitchen came equipped with everything needed to cook and make coffees. My family loved the house and we are considering another stay in the future.

This was a great place for our family gathering of 15 adults and 8 children - plenty of room and things to do. The pool, outdoor decks, and basement recreation room were enjoyed by all. Meals were handled easier than expected with the large kitchen and outdoor grill. When we had a couple of minor problems, the owners were very responsive, which allowed us to have a very enjoyable week here.

Beautiful place, owners are amazing responding back quickly any questions and requests. Perfect place for retreats, family and friends reunions with a lot of space and things to enjoy right on the property.

The family loved the house. There is plenty of room for the adults and kids to move around or just lounge on a couch and watch the big screen TVs. The kitchen is well stocked and the hot tube relaxing. Tina and Boris are easy to communicate with and ready to help when needed.

We booked the house for the Labor Day weekend for 10 families and their children. The location was prefect and an easy drive for all of us who came from multiple locations (Boston, NYC, Upstate NY, Philly). The house is located at a dead end street and is secluded from other properties providing the perfect privacy for such a large gathering. The check is was easy and all the instructions were provided in detail prior to our arrival. The host were super responsive and were available through both texts and emails. On our arrival, the house was clean and had all the basic necessities required - towels, soaps, paper towels, and the kitchen was fully stocked. All the 10 families were able to get their own room and except for the two rooms, all the rooms had two queen beds. We had an minor issue with the electrical sockets not working in two of the rooms and Tina was able to send a handyman to address the issue. The kids (as well as the adults) had a great time at the pool and in the hot tub. The basement is a large area where the kids would hang out all day long and the adults were able to spend some quality time in the large eat in kitchen and on the deck. The house has plenty of bathrooms and that is a huge plus. Overall, everyone of us had a great time and we plan to book this place again next year.

This was a great house for our annual summer vacation with friends and family. There was plenty of space, house was well stocked for group cooking and was a great location with a variety of options nearby for activities for all. Tina and Boris were great hosts sharing a variety of local recommendations in advance of our stay and made the check in/out process very easy. They were very communicative throughout our stay checking in to make sure we had everything we needed.

It was a pleasure having our family under one roof with room enough to move around and socialize. The children spent many hours in the pool. The hot tub was relaxing and the games downstairs kept the children busy. Thanks for providing a great place for us to hang out!

We’re a large group of college friends, only getting larger each year as more kids enter the fold. It’s become challenging to find a large enough accommodation that not only fits us all but one which also offers enough space to enjoy ourselves. This house was perfect. With the three floors, outdoor areas, spacious kitchen/living space and bathrooms, we had plenty of room to play, run around, cook, sand sit. At the night when the kids were asleep, the basement offered a comfortable and reassuring space to enjoy adult-only time to catch up on each others lives over a few drinks and board games. The few issues or uncertainties we had were answered nearly immediately as the hosts were very responsible and helpful. I would happily stay here again and have no hesitation recommending it to others.

The weekend trip we planned would not have been the same without this house. Between being able to fit our group very comfortably and offering something for all of us to do together I can’t thank the owners enough for hosting us. They were beyond helpful the entire time of our stay. Multiple members of our group already started talking about coming back for our next mountain trip !

We truly enjoyed this property - wonderful family space for the three generations at our family reunion. The property allowed us to be together without being on top of one another. The bedrooms were roomy and separated into wings, which allowed each family a little privacy. Between the pool, the hot tub, the deck and the game room downstairs with a pool table and shuffle board, the house offered plenty of entertainment for old and young alike. Kitchen worked well for cooking large meals with many cooks and helpers collaborating. The house was clean, neat, and reasonable stocked.

The pool and hot tub were great - but the decks were extremely slippery due to some algae growth - making them very dangerous.

The house is perfect for a large group. It's set up to allow separate areas for individual family groups if wanted also. The property is quiet and private. The pool is a good size and the decks are great for lounging. The young adults even went on a hike into the woods. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our time at the house for a large family gathering. There were breathtaking views of the mountains from the great room. The younger children really enjoyed seeing the wildlife, and the area was conducive to long walks or runs. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Great stay on a cold weekend!!
This is a great location - close to 3 resorts for skiing. We made it out on a Friday to Jack Frost for our 7 yo to learn. Our friends made it to the closer resort for tubing and enjoyed the hot chocolate and food truck stands that were there. We all enjoyed the hot tub daily as well as the great hiking right from the back yard. There was plenty of room for all of us to hang out with a beautiful view of the mountains. Tina and Boris even checked in on us in the middle of our stay. We will definitely be returning here.
