Very clean room with adequate linens, cookware and beach equipment. Spectacular view of the ocean.

There was construction going on in the next door unit (301). I did not appreciate workers riding up their cart on and off through the day and looking right in my living room window. And they were LOUD. No warning from you or Vacasa at all. There were no pool bracelets in the room as stated regarding the property. Thankfully the property management office reluctantly gave me two temp bracelets. The place is an electrical mess. Two outlets don't work at all on kitchen counter, the others kept popping the circuit breaker which I had to keep resetting. The light over the shower came on intermittently. The keypad to enter the room had to be punched in at least twice most times, although that did stop after nice Vacasa man came and fixed.

How clean everything was , the vacasa staff.

The person isn’t the office was not friendly. There was no water for a few hours, I called to report this through Vacasa. The customer service agent appeared to have concern and noted someone wod call me regarding the property. I did not receive a call. The screen door to the patio was off the track. We tried to align it and could not.

The location was excellent we had a partial view of ocean. The ocean was about a 2 minute walk from our room. The pool was a good size with a deep end. Pool was clean and well maintained. Plus was very quiet.

We were given directions to a lock box which was located on door frame and obviously did not work. After about 15 minutes we were finally able to use given code for door handle key pad lock to gain entrance. We initially did not see key pad on door handle since key pad was very dark. We stayed in unit 110 which is EXTREMELY OUTDATED. Furniture drawers barely open, all kitchen appliances very old and stove top in poor shape. Coffee pot did not work. We tried to make a grilled cheese sandwich and stove did not have any type of vent for smoke. Smell of smoke activated smoke alarm. Smoke alarm was hard wired into condo system. I could not reset or turn off alarm. The Fire Department actually responded in response to condo fire alarm system. If I had known fire department would respond I would of notified them of false alarm. Only way to stop alarm sound was to open doors and vent condo. Too much drama over one grilled cheese sandwich.

The condition of the apartment was excellent, also good care having basic shower supplies.

Didn't like the surprise on the cost. It was announced at a certain price which was affordable but final price in last page included a BIG cleaning fee which I didn't expect. Unfortunately I was in a rush and didn't catch it in my last click, regretting my choice. No complains on quality of apartment but unnecessary gimmick to show initial price low when inserting a ton of fees in final price.
