Cette majestueuse maison en rondins de bois rond de deux chambres et trois salles de bains de 1406 pieds carrés est parfaite pour deux familles en vacances ensemble. Il est situé à quelques pas du club house d'Oak Shores, de la piscine communautaire et du port de plaisance d'Oak Shores. Lorsque vous montez les marches du pont supérieur vers l'espace de vie principal, il y a beaucoup d'espace pour profiter de la vue sur le lac et vous détendre tout en faisant un barbecue sur le barbecue au propane. Lorsque vous entrez dans la porte d'entrée, le salon et la salle à manger à aire ouverte vous accueillent avec une véritable sensation de cabane en rondins et un beau plancher en bois stratifié. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit, un évier de cuisine de ferme, un lave-vaisselle, un réfrigérateur, une cuisinière, un four, un micro-ondes, une cafetière et un lave-vaisselle, des ustensiles, de la verrerie et des casseroles / poêles pour 12 personnes. Ce niveau dispose également d'une salle de bain complète avec douche. Lorsque vous montez les marches, il y a une salle de bain complète directement au sommet des marches avec une baignoire. Il y a deux chambres spacieuses chacune avec lits king et lits jumeaux. En retournant dehors sur le pont et en descendant les escaliers, il y a une porte qui mène aux grands quartiers de grand-mère. Il y a une zone avec 2 lits jumeaux et une zone avec un lit queen. La kitchenette est équipée d'une cuisinière, d'un évier, d'une cafetière et d'un four micro-ondes. Il y a aussi un autre réfrigérateur. Il y a un coin salon avec une table à manger. La buanderie est également ici et une autre salle de bain complète avec douche. C'est l'expérience parfaite du lac avec une sensation rustique, mais toutes les commodités de mise à niveau le rendent irrésistible.

We had a great time making many new memories. The "cabin" was well stocked with all the necessities needed for cooking. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The convenience to the club house and the pool was perfect since we had the grand-kids with us. The place was clean and looked exactly as the pictures showed. Joe was terrific in answering all my questions prior to arriving. We all agree that we will most definitely stay there again. Thank you!!!

House was very clean and includes almost everything you could need. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Property management was nice enough to have the A/C running when we got there as it was over 100°F.
Pros:

-Nice patio space
-Very close to the marina
-Private slip included for the weekend
Cons:
-The downstairs studio is not connected to the main house. You must walk outside and up the front porch to get to the main unit.
-No wifi and no cell service
-Heads up there is a $50 Oak shores management fee that is included in the fine print of the contract.
-If you want to check in before 4pm it will cost you an additional $75.
-If you bring more than 2 cars the additional cars will have to pay $10/night to park in overflow at the very edge of the community.
-Check the lake level before you go. In August 2018 the water was so low most of the ramps and docks were out of the water.
All in all it was a great trip. If it rains a good amount this year I would consider going back next summer.

Loved this property! We had 11 people (7 adults and 4 kids) and it was very comfortable. Diane and her husband (Property Managers) were awesome--very C/S friendly and always helpful. I would highly recommend installing a TV in the downstairs unit and providing two house keys since they are separate units--providing more flexibility for the occupants staying in each unit not having to share a key. Hotels provide a separate card key for every adult and we found only the one key problematic. Other than those two issues (lack of a key and 2nd TV)--we loved the property managers and Tomas Landing! Thank you.

Our experience fell short of nothing. There was plenty of space and the property was beautiful and updated. The location was beautiful and also peacefully quiet. The management was professional and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again next year. I would highly recommend this property. It's the perfect location for a quiet getaway in a magnificent property.

We found everything neat, clean, and in order. The view of the lake from the deck is gorgeous and to see deer fascinated the old and the young alike. What a peaceful location.

The Tomos Landing whose home we stayed at this past Thanksgiving Day was a wonderful getaway for our family. The home/cabin was beautiful and well equipped. We found everything neat, clean, and in order. The view of the lake from the deck is gorgeous and to see deer fascinated the old and the young alike. What a peaceful location.

Nicely furnished and well stocked with all the necessary supplies this is a very comfortable cabin. The location is prime as you can walk to the marina. Having a second refrigerator in the granny unit below it was very helpful as we had brought a lot of food and ice. All the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great ! There are lots of amenities at Oak Shores however we were so busy boating we never really had the time to use them. This is an amazing property and we hope to go back soon!

This is a beautiful cabin!!!!! The driveway was lots of parking and you can walk to the marina!!
