This property is no frills but provides everything you need. The location is great, the two room split provides privacy, pool was great and the bikes provided allow for cruising around the island. Tanya was very responsive. Would stay here again.

It stated heated pool, and it wasn’t. Free bikes but the bikes looked like they would fall apart as soon as you got on them. Bugs in the kitchen area, and it was kept clean the whole time!!!

Loved the 2 bedroom plan with privacy door and 2 entrances. The location was perfect, quiet but close to everything. We quickly discovered the included bikes were the best way to navigate the area. Definitely would stay again if in area.

Key West never disappoints and this property was perfect. Location was great and enjoyed access to bicycles and the the pool. We came with another couple who were celebrating their 50th birthday. We will defiantly be back and not wait 50 years next time!

This stay served as a great home base for our visit to Key West. The host didn’t initially provide any check in/out instructions, but was very quick to respond to any messages/questions throughout our trip. The location was great, a few blocks from Duval St so we could walk to shops and restaurants easily, yet was located on a quiet street. We had 4 adults, and while the rooms are small, we had no trouble finding places for our stuff and still able to move around. We found it as shown in the photos, and the set up is similar to 2 hotel rooms with individual exterior entrances and an adjoining door. This stay has a couple step ups to access the room from either exterior entrance. We were able to keep our car parked on the street right in front of the building for our entire stay and ride the provided bikes to get around town, saving money since we didn’t need to pay parking or rideshare fees. The bikes and bike locks have probably seen better days and each had their own quirks, but we used them multiple times a day during our stay and had no problems. The building has many units, but it was very quiet and we only saw a handful of other people during our stay. We loved having access to the small pool out the back door, it was a great way to start the day or unwind in the evening. We also loved the access to laundry facilities, especially to dry wet items before packing or next day use. We would stay here again if we return to Key West and recommend to anyone looking.

The lodging is perfect with two individual bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen areas and a door that connects/divides the two. The pool was perfect and the bicycles were a great way to explore the island. Many great restaurants within walking distance. Parking on the street was not a problem at all.

We loved this unit! The location is awesome - near Hemingway House, Blue Heaven, Ram's Head, Southernmost Point and Duval St.The units had everything we needed, although space was a little on the small side, but I walked out to the pool and sat there for my morning breakfast and evening relaxing time so that space made up for it. The laundry facility was excellent and we rode the bikes every day. Would stay here again!

Tonya was very responsive to any questions. Easy check in to a nice location. Walkable to all the "classical" Key West attractions. Especially liked being able to have two separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms and mini kitchens. Nearby area showing its age but we felt safe and comfortable without the noise. The shower is small "European" style but very functional. Would stay again as it was perfect for our 2+1 group.

The property is a renovated historic building that houses several small one and two room rental units. This one has two bedrooms and two baths, two kitchenettes, and is equipped with coffee makers, microwave ovens and medium-sized refrigerators. The bathrooms have an open shower, toilet, and small sink. The rental was well-stocked with toiletries, glassware, and basic kitchen utensils. The rooms are quite small but available space is utilized well. Location is well within walking or cycling distance to most attractions in the town of Key West.

We had a wonderful trip. This property is about two streets from the action but far enough for quiet relaxation. We only used the rooms to sleep and shower so it was perfect for us. The bicycles were awesome. We rode them everywhere. May need to pump up the tires but that wasn't hard to find. We had what we needed.

The room and bathroom were small as expected but sufficient for 2 people. The location is excellent: easy walking to all the sights in Key West.

We loved the location- close to everything! The space was shockingly tiny. My RV bathroom is twice as big as the bathroom in this rental. Showers were challenging for my tall husband. But- hey it is Key West so we were not in room too much to care. Tonya was very responsive the few times I reached out to her.

I feel like the price was a little steep. I was not happy with the pool being so hot was pretty muxh unusable with the high temp outside.

Our stay was great! Just a few disappointment, was excited to use the bikes but 2 of the 4 had flat tires. Fridge in one room smelled really bad and it stormed and water came in from the door jam . Host was responsive to issues and they didn’t in any way deter us, the area is convenient and we will be back. Laundry on site and pool was a huge bonus.

We loved the location and look and comfort of the rental. Everything was clean and ready. The only downside for us were the bikes. They were inoperable so don't expect to use them.

Positives: adorable little place. Clean, up to date. Good amenities with coffee pot, hair dryers, shampoo/conditioner and even a little snack basket! Ideal with 2 full bathrooms and doors between the 2 rooms. It is walkable to Mallory square and ducal street and close to the southernmost point. Hiccups- Bikes- there were 3 of us and 4 bikes but… 2 of the bikes were in really rough shape. The one seemed new but the handlebars weren’t tight. I wrecked as we started off due to those and am quite bruised. So we decided to swap out the 4th one but the seat was like sitting on sandpaper and bouncy. We just didn’t feel sturdy. I understand bikes are hard to maintain but we were really bummed as we were counting on using those 2nd hiccup - door locks are sensitive. Don’t touch them. Because if u turn it, it spins all the way around and won’t auto lock when you close the door. We ended up having to rush to get to our tour because we were messing around trying to get doors locked and ended up leaving the place unlocked. The good? Host was super responsive and they addressed it while we were out but it was a stressful start to our day Finally- parking is limited. this is just fyi. look at the map. It is. A couple blocks from duval street but in reality about a mile from most of the hubbub We were a bit nervous as we arrived as it is one block from the housing authority properties but.. the area was well maintained and we felt entirely safe.

What a great place to stay! It was our first time at Key West and we would absolutely stay here again!

The owner was very friendly with clear check in instructions. This property had pros and cons. The pros were that it was walking distance to sites in town and had a pool. The building itself was the nicest on the block. The cons were that it was on a street that was rundown with government housing. One room has no window. I would suggest lamps instead of only fan light, label light switches, and new linens. Overall I would rate it a 3.

Great location had the things we needed, a place to sleep and the pool right at the door! We loved it and would definitely recommend and stay again!

Cute, clean, secure, and convenient. We would rent here again. Be aware it is very small. If you have luggage bigger than a wallet, you will be tripping over it.
