Joliment décoré et rénové la maison de ville Tri-niveau vous attend avec deux espaces de vie (plus faible et les niveaux principaux) pour permettre à votre famille de se propager et se détendre. Murale à écran plat avec câble, lecteur de DVD et internet sans fil haut débit à tous les niveaux. Basse salon ouvre sur une terrasse privée et d'un quai, tout en offrant un réfrigérateur de soude, un vin réfrigérateur, un évier et comptoir de granit espace pour fournir lac vivante de la meilleure variété. Une salle de bain complète, pleine grandeur laveuse et sécheuse rendre facile pour profiter du lac sans monter et descendre les escaliers. Les principales zones de restauration de niveau de vie et offrent une vue sur le lac de large et le pont supérieur est meublée avec des meubles de jardin et un barbecue à gaz. We came for the eclipse, but that wasn't the only great view. Looking out over the lake was so relaxing. The three levels gave us space to be private and space to be together. Loved it.

This was our second time to stay here. The condo is in a great location and has everything needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. We took our boat and it was nice to have a place right out of the back door to tie up to that is assigned and not first come first serve. I would definitely recommend staying here. We plan on going back again

This is our second time staying here and definitely won’t be our last! Number one reason why we loved staying here is because the water is so close! The kids can just jump right in without having to walk a very far distance. Another reason is the water level next to the dock is low enough for the kids to be able to walk around and find “treasures” and tiny fish!! The lily pad that the owners provide kept our kids entertained for hours!

My family and I had an amazing time here! We felt so comfortable and the place was so clean and had everything we needed. Mike made it so easy and provided super helpful recommendations and tips. The outdoor deck was awesome and the seating was great - perfect for enjoying the beautiful lake views. We really appreciated Mike letting us use the paddleboard, water mat, and floating seats. He has plenty of life jackets too. The area that the condo is in is super nice and safe. We enjoyed taking walks around the gorgeous resort area and homes. There was plenty of free parking right out front. We really loved this area and our trip as a whole, so we definitely hope to rent this condo again soon.

The million dollar view!
We had a wonderful long weekend in this beautiful townhouse. The view was spectacular! The beds were very comfortable. The layout was vey spacious. It was nice to have 2 separate living areas and 4 full bathrooms. All three levels had a bathroom(s). Loved having a large pantry to store all of our food in. The check in/check out process was so easy! We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great property and location
This place was great for our family! We are a family of 5, kids are 11, 9 and 4. Having the dock so we could tie up our jet skis was great and the kids were able to play in the water near the dock area. We love that there is a no wake zone in front of the property we felt very safe and enjoyed our stay. The owners have labeled everything Which made finding things in the kitchen so easy! We will definitely be booking here again.

Great get-away
This was the perfect get-away. Mike was the best host ever, making sure to communicate everything we would need to know. Everything was immaculately clean, beds were comfortable, the views were great, and the location was ideal for going to the resort, playing the putting course, or renting jet skis. I might need to make this an annual weekend retreat!

Perfect lakefront vacation spot!!
Love everything about this property. Perfect set up for a family, beautiful lake views and right on the water! Enjoyed having access to a paddle board and dock for our boat. Enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning and close location to all the resort amenities. Mike and Evelyn were great hosts, easy to communicate with for questions and can’t wait to stay here again!!

Loved our second stay
This place is just lovely. The views are unbeatable, and the location is great. We stayed here last summer and couldn't wait to come back a second time. The townhome has everything you need, and the hosts are very nice and responsive. We highly recommend it and look forward to saying there again.

Beautiful views of lake from all three levels of the condo!
We stayed for a week so that our daughters could visit from a nearby camp in Marble Falls. Wanted a place with a boat slip and plenty of room. Was so nice to walk out the back door only a few feet to our boat. Mike and Evelyn's condo is so nice and comfortable, felt like it was our own. We used the water toys, loved having the Traeger grill as we cooked most of our meals. I have rented many places and it always comes down to the people. Mike and Evelyn were the greatest host's, just a text away for a quick question and very graceous and acccomidating. We are already planning our next trip for my birthday. Highly recommend!

Best Gem in Horseshoe Bay!
We absolutely loved staying here our first time - that we had to come back! We love the relaxing vibes, beautiful sunsets, and multiple levels of water views with porches at 2 levels! Cooking and dish cleanup is even fun here because the kitchen looks out to the lake! Thanks again for sharing your vaca getaway with us!

Amazing Horseshoe Bay rental 👍
We had a BLAST!!! This place is an amazing gem with an awesome dock for fishing and an upper patio deck with a fantastic view of Horseshoe Bay resort beach, lake, and lighthouse. The property is fully stocked...even the laundry room!!! All the bathrooms are generously stocked with plush towels, and all the drawers, cabinets, and wall switches are thoughtfully labeled for guest's convenience. The ONLY thing that guests need to bring are clothes...nothing else!. We love this place so much that we plan on coming back. The property owner is very thoughtful and caring, as well!!!

The location, the whole set up is top notch. Very clean, comfy beds, full stocked kitchen and excellent communication with check in process made this stay an easy 5 stars! Much needed weekend away.
Even before our arrival, the communication with Micheal was welcoming and informative. Our last minute request to check-in early, on a holiday, was quickly accommodated. The beautiful lake view (from all three levels) was relaxing, and restful. The condo was well stocked, neat, and clean. We enjoyed our time, and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at this lake house. The property is nicely furnished and equipped with everything you will need for a realaxing stay. The location is great, right on the water with your own private deck, patio, and dock. The owners were quick with responses to our questions and great with communication overall.
