Il y a votre propre arrière-cour privée avec un barbecue.
Marchez jusqu'à la plage à travers la réserve en un peu plus de 5 minutes et environ 1, 5 minutes à pied du centre commercial de Palm Beach, de la bibliothèque et de Fashion Island. Plusieurs restaurants dans le quartier.
Ensuite, il y a la Papamoa Tavern qui accueille de nombreux artistes pour le divertissement.
Bayfair est d'environ 8 à 10 minutes en voiture.

Ne convient pas aux très jeunes enfants car il n'y a pas de clôture à la réserve et il y a des voies d'eau sur la réserve.
Bien qu'il n'y ait pas de machine à laver, sèche-linge, téléphone dans l'appartement, l'appartement est attaché à la maison principale et ce sont des installations communes

We loved our stay at the property. All communication prior to stay was friendly and prompt. There was a heater that was perfect for the chilly evenings, and it was well set-up for self catering. The location was amazing for walking the dog just off the back yard with the reserve so close, and the beach wasn’t too far to walk. We would highly recommend it as a base if you are visiting Papamoa, and we will absolutely be booking again on our next trip down. Sincere thanks to the hosts for creating such a cosy spot!

It is connected to the main house, but there is a garage between and you cannot hear a thing, very large and spacious.
Beach is a 10 min walk away. To top it off we got engaged on the beach uring our stay, so we will def be back. Thank you!!

This lovely accommodation was central to everything yet still quiet & peaceful. Backing onto a reserve meant that a morning walk to the Papamoa Beach was a must.

Very comfortable accommodation in Papamoa, beautiful reserve next door and a short walk to the beach. Shops close by and a short drive to the Mount. Very peaceful. Friendly hosts. Unit very clean and everything you need, warm and cosy. Great shower. Will definitely return.
