Very clean and comfortable. Very quiet, nice balcony. Easy parking.

The house rules required us to do a preclean and take the trash to the street regardless of whether the trash was full when checking out. No umbrella for the nice patio. The shower was very small for a 6ft man.

Nice place, good location, clean.

The wood bed frames make a lot of noise. If you move in the bed, your spouse will waken.

Place was clean, neat and well-appointed. Fairly large apartment. Very helpful owner. Quiet place in an out-of-the way location in the country. Very relaxing.

Don't bring home restaurant leftovers--no microwave. No clothes-drying rack, except the heated towel rack in bathroom. Master bed was noisy and sagged in the middle.

I recommend a lot of space, flat clean and tidy . The owner of the house is nice and HELPFUL :)
