Absolutely perfect. Immaculately clean throughout True value for money, super comfortable with fabulous staff. Oooh and do reserve a table in the restaurant. Excellent quality produce with charming friendly staff.

Beautiful location, friendly helpful staff, comfortable modern rooms each with its espresso machine, exceptional restaurant one of the best in the area. Needed 40mins to 1 hour to get to all the major tourist spots in Tuscany from all directions so we were in the middle of Tuscany and roads, directions were very good. The hotel is a hidden gem with 13 rooms in the old part of the village. It’s a few steps away from the old Centre in Montaione with its quant square a couple of bars, pizzerias and restaurants and supermarket. This small stoned hotel in this part of Tuscany can not be better situated to get a real taste of Tuscany life. It has an amazing view while you have delicious breakfast with something for everyone including freshly made tarts if you have a sweet tooth. I can’t say enough about this place, we were on a budget but we got so much more for our money. We ate at the hotels restaurant over half the nights because it really is amazing and better than many others especially in the tourist spots so save your appetite to get back to the comfort of this hotel and enjoy a delicious meal with attentive friendly staff on its veranda overlooking the Tuscan hills.

Staff were extremely helpful and generous. Facilities very good.

More outside seating with shade would be nice. A couple more options on the menu would be great, perhaps a fish fish.

Our stay was beautiful and relaxing! The staff were wonderful and the restaurant was incredible.

Pillows weren’t comfortable but that was about it!

A good but fairly unremarkable hotel, well located for touring Tuscany or a stop off point. It is clean and my room was pleasant with a nice view over the coutryside, my travelling partners less so with a view of the village street. Very small onsite car park. Reception is well run by some very young staff and there is an onsite restaurant but I understand that it is not part of the hotel itself. I would describe breakfast as adequate, not the best I have had.

OK, I accept it was possibly a one off as we only had a one night stay here. The small reception was manned by three staff but the only waitress in the Breakfast room decided she had business elsewhere and had left the site, she came back later. A cleared table hard was to find and we had to chase up one of the receptionists to get a coffee!

Everything was perfect. This place is so beautiful. All recommendation.

I would like to recommend more skill staff on reception (missing information about local restaurant, wine shop and etc.)

The view was great, the hotel is very nice, it was very clean.

There was a little problem with the shower which I was expected to be checked and fixed before any guest is coming.
