This was a beautiful condo and perfect view of the Gulf of Mexico & white sandy beach !! Our family of five felt so at home in this condo. Very spacious and comfortable.

This is the first unit in the building I would reserve again with no doubt!

We loved this property with the exception of the sloooowest elevator in the world! haha

Best condo in the building in my opinion. Will definitely stay here again.

This is our second time staying at this condo. We had four people this time and it is spacious and there is new furniture. We will continue to come back to this condo. We absolutely love the location and how hassle free it is.

All was perfect, quality and location property super!

Beach was always nice and never packed. Right across the street from the trolley line. Less than a 15 min walk to John's pass. 7/11 across the street. Condo was nice interiorly. It also had some beach/ pool toys/ floats. Will come back.

Location can’t be beat. Nice clean pool and property. #508 was ideal for family of 5. Plenty of sleeping space. View of beach and pool as well as main strip. Walking distance of many restaurants.

Condo was clean and well stocked. Didnt have any dish soap or beach towels which was a disappointment so Im glad I brought a couple beach towels along. Otherwise the place was well stocked for most part. The condo was very nice with an amazing view of beach/ocean and walking distance to Johns Pass where you had many nice restaurants and shopping. Only complaint was the living room furniture was really uncomfortable but we didnt stay in condo much so not a big deal for us. Overall was a great stay and loved the location.

This was a perfect place for us! We are looking forward to staying each year here. The area is great and such friendly people. Close to almost everything.

Dining room chairs were not the best shape. Very wobbly and uncomfortable. Living room furniture also worn and uncomfortable. Found alot of dirty glasses in the cabinet. Not 1 spare trash bag or any dishwasher soap. Place was great other than those small issues. Sunsets on the balcony were the best!

Great location. Condo was so hot it took all night to cool down to 72 (the lowest we were allowed to set it), toilet paper holders were broken in both bathrooms, stuff was left behind by other people in both bathrooms and closet, and bathroom drawers were not clean

Amazing sunsets due to being on the corner unit facing the west. The unless beach views during the day was perfect as well, especially with the high top chair allowing you to look over the railing on the patio. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need and enough counter space for cooking or whatever else. The beds are comfortable too allowing for restful nights after our busy days. The dining room chairs were a bit shaky when sitting on them and we were afraid to break them, so we ate most around the kitchen counter standing or sat on our coolers around the table. However the view while eating was perfect!!

We had a blast staying in this Condo at Sea Breeze. Beautiful Condo that me all of our needs.

Also, a blender and updated toaster would’ve been helpful.

This property was SUPER clean and well maintained. Our unit 508 was nicely update and had a great view of the beach. Place was not over crowded. Pool and hot tub were extremely clean. NO BUGS!!

It was bigger than it looked in the pictures, so that was good. The view was gorgeous! The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well furnished. The couches were comfy and the tv was a nice size. I saw dolphins one morning. It seems like a very popular area and the road in front had alot of loud traffic, particularly motorcycles, but they weren't too bad and none woke me up and I'm a lite sleeper. We could hear people in the pool below all day, but in the morning it was pretty nice and mostly just the sound of the ocean. The boats seem to like to drop anchor and hang out on the beaches here, sometimes even over night. The boat and jet ski traffic is pretty busy during the day. I counted over 25 jet skis at one point. So there's lots of interesting things to watch from the balcony. My only real complaint is that people were smoking cigarettes and cigars on the balcony and I wish this was all smoke free. Oh and the place could use a deep cleaning. I was cleaning the light switches because they were grossing me out. I might be a little OCD though. Overall it was a beautiful place to stay!

This unit was quite a let down from original expectations. This started with a major shock with the property management company. Rather than being welcomed and happy that I was there to spend a substantial amount of money on this unit (1.5 week stay) we were treated as if we has just started parole!. Main focus was on making sure we clearly understood all the rules surrounding the unit which was unreal and multiple signs. Then we get to the unit and I was overwhelmed by the amount of security measures. Codes and cards to get in the elevator, codes to get to the beach and pool, codes to get out of the pool and beach and no lights at night to even see the code. I get it coming in from the beach but to go to the beach and then out of the pool? The next major issue was the number of towels and other available in the unit. 1 set per person for a week and half seemed a bit minimal. Then you have to pay to use the on sight laundry facilities which again seemed to cheapen the overall experience. A lot of this may have been my fault as I should have checked a bit closer but definitely was a disappointment. The unit was nice but I learned a lot about the importance of having the right property manager and this really put a damper on the whole experience.

What a terrific condo! Be sure to buy or bring your own beach towels because you're not going to want to leave once you check-in! We had a terrific time and the leasing company we worked with was terrific! We would definitely stay here again!
