We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. It's wonderful to be able to come up and down from the beach to the room as it is so close.

property needs more drawer space...eliminate the desk, or put another tall narrow cabinet in the closet...otherwise fine...great bed bad pillows

Checking in was a little confusing. Very thing else was great.

Wonderful place with all amenities. Shower didn't get warm all week, but other than that I loved my time here!

This room was perfect for our getaway. Some reviews I had read said it was old and dated. That was far from what I found. The room was just steps from the beach and was really nice.

a/c was very dirty

The location is perfect for a nice quiet stay on beach. Easy access to tourist and nightlife nearby. Several restaurants and stores within a quarter mile. However our comfort was left with much to be desired. The bed was hard as rock. We even went out and bought a 3in memory foam king sized topper which helped minimally. We got 2 massages while we were there to try and help alleviate pain. We called the owner the first morning and then 2 more times with no response. Upon check in we found 4 large piles of sand around the unit, one of which was just about under the bed as if the person who was cleaning decided to “sweep it under the rug” and couldn’t even do that right. Another pile was right next to trash can and another in front of front door. In a dresser we found guest paperwork from 2 previous guests with there personal information. We also found used plastic bags in random drawers; if they were placed in one drawer all together it would have made sense but with the combined other things it just made us feel no one cleaned out the drawers. We never heard back from owner about these things either.

Property was neat/clean and well supplied - managers were helpful and friendly.

Location was perfect, next to restaurants and 2 minute walk to the beach. The door lock and shower had some issues that they did not include in their instructions for check in but was able to call and got help immediately so it did not interupt our stay at all. Would definitely go again!

To start, we weren't sent a code to get into the lock box to retrieve our ck in packet and door code, but our neighbor opened it. There was no parking pass in our envelope. The unit has a nice beachy feel. King size bed is firm and quite comfortable. It has several drawers underneath, but there was a lot of sand on the inside of each drawer, which my husband cleaned in order to use. There is a lot of sand along the edges of the platform bed. The floor did not appear to have been swept or mopped upon our arrival, so we did that. This unit has so much dust. It was caked on the inside of the slats of the louvered doors where the a/c is housed.. which is where you hang your clothes.. in the closet. We took the broom and tried to clean as much of it as we could, and then wiped with a washcloth, it wasn't good. I'm not sure who cleans the place, but you might rethink and hire someone to do a deep cleaning because for the money, we expected a much cleaner place. The dust on the plastic drinking glasses in the rack over the sink needs to be washed. We didn't use any of your serving ware. We left as is. The kitchen is nice.. but the Cookware.. (a small frying pan) needs to be thrown out. We washed our plates and bowls before we used any of it. Needs some ice trays. It felt like whoever stayed before us was the housekeeper. Seriously! We will probably not stay in thus particular unit again. We cleaned it fairly nice for the next group, but still! All in all, the outside was just ok. But you can never go wrong with the ocean. It was beautiful. Just a few steps away. The pool was filled with pool toys each morning. It didn't appear anyone was tidying up. Plant some trees for shade. It's Very stark and not comfy around the pool with no umbrellas available! Overall, spend a bit more and go to the Doubletree!

I loved this place, great location and space for the price.

This place was PERFECT! It was 10ish pm when we got to condo/1bdrm apt. so I had to call the number to recieve the code for the room code and paperwork, but they were so nice and took literally less than 2 minutes and we were in the room. The place we had was better than the pictures online honestly!!! PERFECT SPOT FOR OUR MINIMOON (mini honeymoon) AS I CALL IT!!!!

Great potential Short staff resulting in lack of cleanliness, at least that is the reason we were given by front desk. Management needs to stay on property looking through eyes of guest. Grounds were maintened better than studies unit 01

My daughter and I stayed here for spring break. Just the right size for us. The check in process was easy. Appreciated having a keyless entry. Loved the short walk to the beach.

Perfect location, feet from the beach!

The location was amazing. The studio was cozy. Overall it was perfect for a beach getaway. My only suggestion is making the 10am checkout to 11am that extra hour to get together really helps.

Nice room for two. Great beach access. Close 5-10 minute drive to shopping and restaurants.

Everything was as expected

Perfect spot for a relaxing beach vacation. Quiet and well kept. Beach was a 30 second walk from the unit. Nice updated apartment that has everything you need. Easy drive to clear water beach if you want to see more. We loved it and plan to come back!

This is my 2nd time staying here in this unit. Great location and just steps away from the beach. The only issue we had was that we couldn’t find the remote to work the ceiling fan. At night the room was a little warm for us. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

We were supposed to stay here two nights and ended up only staying one night with no option for a partial refund. The place felt very moist, the sheets were damp and had sand in them. The air vents all had mold coming out of them. I went to make coffee in the morning and found old, moldy coffee in the pot. It smelled horrible. It is right by the beach but the moistness/moldiness was not worth the stay for us. There was also a lot of dust.

The best thing about the place was how quick you could walk to the sand. While the room was mostly nicely kept there were a few little things such as the sink spout being grimey and the couch being stained that kept it from being 5 stars for me. I would stay again but only because it was like 20 feet to the beach. The community pool was gross (dirty and had lots of foam floating on top) and the pool side chairs had lots of wear and tear.

Loved this place! Super cute! Amazing location. Decorated really cute but could have been cleaner. Room was dusty. But we came for the beach and not to sit in the room. Perfect location! Will definitely be back!

We had dinner several times under the pavilion while watching the sunset, and we were pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the kitchen was with cookware and utensils. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance too. The king size bed was comfortable (we like it firm), and the room itself was cozy with everything we needed. Checkin was a bit stressful after-hours, because we had to call a “24 hour” number to get directions to get into our room, but no one answered the first two times I called. I had to leave a message, and then I got a call back 20mins later. Fortunately I called ahead enough that we were still on the way, or we would have been sitting there with no way to get into our room. Just be aware of that if you’re checking in after hours. The door has a keypad lock, and it was not working properly when we arrived. The correct combo only engaged the deadbolt about 20% of the time. We told the front desk and it was fixed within a couple hours! While the room was pretty clean in all the most important places, it could definitely use a deep clean as some of the decor and other unused surfaces are quite dusty. The couch is stained and should be replaced, but we only used it for putting our bags on anyway. Overall we were not too put off by these issues, all the positives and the great price far outweighed them. This is a great little spot RIGHT on the beach in a great area. We were quite happy with our stay!

Our stay was just perfect. We enjoyed the property.

The room was a perfect size, with a kitchenette. The room was overall clean, except the cups and glasses were not. There was a coffee pot but no filters, no dish soap (I was able to get some at the desk) and the blowdryer didn’t work. Tho, when I complained (have to have one), they sent one the next day...that one didn’t work either. I wondered if it was a fuse or electrical issue. Not sure. Should have w Pugh toilet paper (just two rolls for 4 days) dish soap and coffee filters.
