5 adults & 2 young children. Plenty of space to move around in. Good dining table for meals & game playing. Deck & patio were used every day. A plus was the fenced in back yard. Beds very comfortable….. even the pull out couch! Good communication with the property manager also. Very pleasant stay!

Wonderfully furnished and equipped with all our needs for a memorable and safe vacation. Our host was class act! Easy to communicate with, honest and very understanding.

It is a lovely house. It is as nice, if not nicer than the pictures. Plenty of room for three couples. It was also well situated. We took a quick trip (@40 min) to Provincetown, took a whale watching tour from Hyannis/Barnstable, and even went to see Plymouth Rock! Lots of good walking on the nearby Rail Trail, as well.

The size and layout as ideal for my family. The backyard was great for kids.

The house was great and in a nice quiet neighborhood...just what we were hoping for. A/C units worked great to keep the house nice and cool. Everything was clean and ready for us upon arrival. The bathrooms were nice and well-appointed. My only complaint would be that we could not, among four younger adults, figure out how to get the TV to work. Not sure if it was us, or if there was an issue with the cable...but that was the only frustrating part of our stay.

We had a family wedding and enjoyed our stay.

The house is on a quiet dead end street close to pond and bike trail and about a 5 min drive to Breakwater beach. Fenced in yard was perfect for the dog to play. The kitchen was great, and the Upstairs bathrooms were beautiful. We all really enjoyed our stay.

This was the most luxurious rental home I’ve ever stayed in. The second floor is especially impressive. There is plenty of room for a big family, and the fenced-in yard is terrific for dogs/kids! The kitchen was missing a few basic items, which I’ve brought to the owner’s attention. There also should have been written directions for various aspects of the home (as are usually provided to renters). All in all, a beautiful home very close to the bike trail and Seymour Pond.

This is the best rental property I've ever had the privilege of staying at. It's spacious, clean, a great location, has comfortable beds, and has a fantastic back yard. It was perfect for two families to stay together. Highly recommend!

So fortunate to find this conveniently located, family & pet friendly home. The owner is super sweet & easy to communicate with/ the home was well equipped and clean/ close to bike path, ponds & center of town. The master bedroom & en suite are *chefs kiss* . Lovely house with great enclosed yard- great for people and dogs. Terrific location near ponds, bike paths, and not too far to lovely bayside beaches.

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Sarah’s property. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and the backyard is perfect for relaxing with a book and my kids loved playing and exploring Sarah’s gardens. The inside of the home is comfortable, clean and has many extra items that made our stay much easier. The kitchen was fully stocked and Sarah leaves extra toothpaste, razors, etc “just in case”. The bathtub in the master bath was perfect for a soak and she even had lovely bath salts available. The home is walkable to a nearby pond and a short drive to gorgeous Brewster beaches (we loved Paine’s creek & Breakwater beach.) Sarah was a great host and we’d absolutely stay again!

Tons of amenities in this house. The location is absolutely wonderful to all the ponds. The bike bath is a minute from the house. The house was clean and all the beds and pillows were top quality. The bathrooms were beautiful especially the master bath upstairs. Gorgeous!!!! Sarah was responsive and just so lovely. She went above and beyond to make our stay even better. Great house. Great homeowner. You will not be disappointed!!!

This was a great house with great amenities. Our vacation was wonderful! We did feel that the 5pm check-in time was quite late, but the cleanliness of the house outweighed that minor inconvenience.

I have been renting houses on the Cape with my family for the past 16 years and have seen many different types of rentals - this was definitely one of the best! Great quiet neighborhood that's close to a pond and public beaches. Nicely appointed house that has updated eat in kitchen and bathrooms. Master bedroom suite was beautiful and had an amazing mattress! The other bedrooms were decent in sizes and also comfortable. Nice outdoor area with a deck and area for outdoor eating. Outdoor shower was good too, although the shower door needs some repairing. Our favorite beach ended up being Crosby Beach which is about 5 or 6 miles away - easy drive down 6A. Beautiful beach with substantial parking. There are two other lots right up the street from the main smaller lot and still an easy walk to the beach. If you are willing to walk a little further down the beach you can have a lot more space. Most people tend to stick close to the parking lots and port o potties. My favorite market ( as recomended by the owner )was Ring Brothers in Dennisport. It is a little further away but it has a far higher quality of produce, fish, and prepared foods. It's located in a large shopping area with a super market right across the street. Brewster General Store is a always fun to go to especially if you have young kids and is located very close by on 6A. Over all a great house!

Sarah was a great hostess. We lost power due to the tornado, and she stopped over with flashlights. She's done a ton of remodeling, and the house looks great. She decorates beautifully as well It was perfect for our family of 6 + dog.

House was terrific with many recent renovations. Yard was great for barbecuing and the location was very close to the bike path and all the cape has to offer. Very much enjoyed our stay and hope to make it back again soon.

Beautiful house Super clean

My family had the most wonderful week staying at Sarah’s Brewster home. The home was very clean and well equipped for our stay. The master bedroom was ideal for our family, my toddler was able to sleep on the trundle bed, baby slept across the hall. 7min drive to Breakwater beach, perfect for young children. Sarah was the ideal host, quick to respond and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Provided us with things to do and had great recommendations for restaurants. Home is perfect for 2 families as well! Lots of space, the yard is fenced and open. Lots of room for kids to play and the adults to relax. Thanks for a great week!
