Petit appartement situé dans un endroit calme, à proximité des commerces et de la ligne de tram. Tout était très propre et les hôtes sont très accueillant.

The apartment was excellent, modern and spotlessly clean. The hosts were charming and helpful at all times.They were there to greet us with the key when we arrived. The apartment is small but very well designed with every thing you need for a short stay. The location was perfect for attending the exhibition centre just a 5 minute drive away. The garden terrace is private and bordered by palm trees, there is also a well contructed built in barbecue on the terrace just for the apartment. We highly recommend it to everyone.

This is not a complaint but a suggestion to improve guest satisfaction on a health and safety issue. Booking shows the listing at one price but when you book there is an extra sum added automatically for breakfast which seems not to be optional. We sent a request not to have the breakfast but were still charged. Many guests book self catering apartments for the simple reason that they need to prepare their own food for health reasons. It would be good to consider that guests may perhaps be diabetic , or may have Chron's disease or be gluten intolerant or even have life threatening allergies plus many more reasons. Just making the breakfast optional would make this apartment 100% perfect.

The location suited us well because we were going to a tennis event nearby. If we were sightseeing/exploring we would have needed the use of a car.

We expected an iron which was in the Booking.com inventory - but we didn’t ask…

Stephane and Nathalie are the perfect hosts. Stephane's friendly greeting made us feel very welcome, telling us about local restaurants, beach ect.. He also very kindly kept the pool open for us despite it usually being closed. The Apartment was better than described, immaculately finished and spotless with everything we needed. We wanted a nice relaxing, peaceful week and that is exactly what we had. The Town centre of Pérols was just 5 minutes walk, absolutely beautiful with plenty of patisseries for your morning coffee or afternoon pastry. All amenities around the town square with a 7 minutes walk to the tram which will literally take you anywhere! I can highly recommend staying here as a base for a city break or a quiet relaxing week. Maybe a cosy sofa or love seat... Make sure you gave everything for Sundays as everything in the town closes around midday

The swimming pool is great. The owners are really kind and helpful. The appartment is new and well equiped, very private and quiet at night. Located in a small village but easy to reach the city of Montpellier. A great place to stay!
