Property is nice and staff is very cooperative . They surly need to improvise the approaching road to property as its very narrow .

The staff doesnt speak a word english so communicating is impossible. Also, they behave like common people from the street without any knowledge how to treat guests. Dont get me wrong theyre genuinly nice and try hard, but they need training, which is really more the managements fault. F.e. entering rooms without permission from the guest if you asked for something etc.. asking the guests for tips... Avoid staying on the 4th floor as the doors doesnt block the noise from the staff throughout the day.

We absolutely loved Aaria residency. What was supposed to be a short stay (2 weeks) ended up being over a month as it was so relaxing and comfortable! Here is what we loved: - Location: the hotel is located just 1min walk from the town where you can access groceries etc. The beach is just a 2min drive if you have a scooter or 5 min walk. The hotel surroundings are lovely and you can see so much nature. We saw eagles, owls, monkeys, frogs, puppies! - The room: They kindly upgraded our room to a suite, the room was super clean, comfortable and spacious. We are both remote workers so having 2 rooms and with a desk was ideal. The room had fridge, kettle, a TV with Netflix and there was also a balcony with 2 chairs. - Amenities: The hotel has a cafe with great breakfast food and dinner. The pool area was clean and a nice place to relax with the pool staying open later and many lounge chairs. There was also an upstairs lounge area with hanging chairs, tables and an amazing view of the sunset. A nice place to work or just relax! - Staff: All the staff were so kind and helpful (restaurant, reception, cleaners etc). The property is very safe and there is also 24/7 reception if you need anything. - The Wi-Fi was v high speed, there was like 5 different Wi-Fi networks available which was great if there was any issues. I read a lot about power cuts in Goa and was worried it would affect work. However, this only happened occasionally in the morning for no more than a minute. So I can say after a month of working and several video calls - I had no issues! Would really recommend booking this fantastic hotel and thank you to all of the staff for making our stay a great experience. We will be back!
