Le cadre SUPERBE !

Les chambres en mauvaise conditions, pour le PRIX ! LE PERSONNEL EXTREMEMENT MAL POLI ( ne vous disent même pas BONJOUR quand vous les croisez :-) Pas digne d un établissement haut de gamme ! sans parler de LUXE ! Comportement des COACHS SPORTIFS vous dégagent parce qu ils font cours !!! (2 clients LOL) pour une surface de 500 m2 ! Re lol . ET LE PARTAGE ????? Et le respect du clients t as entendu parler? Comme souvent en Inde les AVIS INDIENS SONT BIDONS (FAKE) BOOKING FAUT SEVIR ..... Accès à une plage pseudos privé, mais quand même loin d'être bonder comme certaines autres plages de Goa . Bref... Je ne conseille pas même si le cadre est INCROYABLEMENT JOLI! PS: 1 ere photos la sortie de la chambre dans le couloir :-) et la 2 eme nettement mieux la vue du balcon ! CONTRASTE.....

The housekeeping staff especially a gentleman by name of John (a tenured employee), was exceptional. He understands the relevance of customer care well. Area was well maintained and clean. Staff were quick to service when needed. Food quality and tasty. Valet service staff were wonderful too.

Breakfast was not warm enough, let alone hot. One staff at pool was quite rude to most of guests.

Hotel facilities where amazing and the staff super friendly and helpful.

The property is beautiful and at walking distance from beach. Location is amazing, specially connecting bridge to the sea shore, both the day & night view. Small tents attached to pool are good. View from room was amazing. Restaurant food was tasty. Breakfast had limited options but it was good. You will get a bike or cab on rent just at the resort gate. Kayaking cycling is available at the resort. Except the cleanliness part we enjoyed our stay.

Room was not clean. There was dust everywhere on the furniture and on the floor which means room was clearly not sanitized. Also bathroom fittings were rusted. Specially shower. There was continuous dirty smell in the bathroom. Bathtub was not clean at all. Had to ask to change provided pillow covers and towels.

It was a comfortable stay. We booked cocowood cottages with partial sea view. We really enjoyed Kayaking and had a nice decent breakfast

Very nice resort in terms of how big it is and the own beach area access.

I got room where there is blood stains on the bed blanket, and the shower smelled like some Someone pissed in it. I had to take the video of everything and show it as proof at the reception and request for a change of the room. I feel the maintenance of Resort in terms of rooms is average.

Great Location, the property is almost on the beach with only a small backwater separating the two. The beach is clean, not crowded and has white sand. The resort has 3 pools which are all well maintained for the most part. The main pool is larger and has a DJ and bar. All pools have loungers to relax with umbrellas.

The rooms were not clean at all. There was dust and sand everywhere, the linen was was stained and yellow. The bath fixtures were rusty and dirty. Getting the rooms cleaned made little to no difference. Also the rooms were constantly damp since the moment we checked in. The water is also not filtered and hard water. Breakfast was also quite lackluster and just OK.
