The location was excellent. The kitchen-living room area was quite big and well-equipped. The owner was really nice. The check in and out were really easy.

It's not really kid friendly because there are some decorative elements which are not good for a 1.5 year-old toddler. It's on the second floor and there is no elevator so you have to bring the pram upstairs each time you leave or arrive.

Proximity to centre

1.Parking hard to get to each time we returned from local trip. 2.Our car was moved from car park to impoundment which caused us endless stress. We had to walk for 1 hour, as taxis and buses were not available due to marches in city centre. This not only cut our short trip down immensely but cost us €128 to retrieve the rented car. Any one we asked for directions , during hot afternoon, were helpful. This nightmare situation clouded our trip to Perpignan as well as being costly! My advice is do not rent a car if travelling to Perpignan as one way system causes endless stress. We landing in Carcassonne airport, as Perpignan Airport is not in use from Ireland in April, and we had no choice . I will not rent a car again and will use public transport as much as possible, if available!!

Central location. Comfy beds. Good Wi-Fi. Had all cooking essentials for a self catering stay.

Had difficulty finding a light when entering the downstairs area at night

perfect location and so near everything we wanted to do

at our a lift would have been helpful but we would come again anyway

no fuss genuine and honest host. as described and no hassle what so ever. little difficult to find initially but host came down and let us in.

The flat was spotlessly clean, well equipped, spacious, modern and comfortable. Although the apartment is on a busy road with lots of traffic, it was really quiet overnight and the bedrooms are away from the main road. The apartment is very close to Le Castillet and the main tourist areas. Plenty of bars, restaurants, banks and a supermarket within a few minutes walk.

The immediate area, and the exterior of the block, give the impression of being a bit run down (however the apartment itself is well maintained and decorated). The instructions about collecting the keys need to be clearer
