The unit and location were great for our family. Our grandson loved being able to walk to the beach. We will be back!

This is a nice 3 bedroom home. 2 bedrooms down stairs, 1 upstairs. 2 bath. Plenty of kitchen utensils make it easy to prepare meals for 6 adults. Nice view of the Pacific Ocean from the deck. Nice quite area with deer. Easy walk to the Boardwalk and beach access.

6 of us in town for a fishing trip. Was a short drive to the marina, about 10 min. Clean spot good common areas to hang out. Kinda in a weird cul de sac next to a hotel so not getting any views. Parking was pretty limited but we made it work. My only gripe is that the vrbo add said there were 5 beds (fold out in common area) but there were only 4. The ad has since been changed but not everyone had a bed

The rental was exactly as pictured and described. It was beautifully decorated, very clean, and comfortable with all of the amenities we needed or could have wanted for our stay. The host was available when we called and answered all of our questions. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the beach and to downtown restaurants, coffee shops, and fun activities. This will be at the top of our list of places to stay when we return to the Long Beach area.

We all enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, I love all of the beach decor. It was large enough for all 6 of us. Plenty of room in the kitchen the rooms had plenty of room, beds were comfortable. The couch was very large and comfortable. The view from the deck and rocking chair was so relaxing.

We've stayed here a couple of times and really enjoyed it. It has great beach access, is well cared for, and is run by a team that is easy to work with.

Perfect spot walkable to the beach. Quiet and off the main streets. Mid sized but sleeps plenty. Such a great location and a well kept place. Property management was responsive and prompt. We really enjoyed our stay!

The condo was very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Furnishings were comfortable, the kitchen cookware was good quality brands (unusual for a rental), there were beach toys such as kites, buckets, boots, and a clam gun in the garage. (We used them to hunt razor clams and cooked the clams in the kitchen.) Checkin/checkout was by drop box at an office only about 8 blocks away. The touristy part of the town is within the same 8 blocks walking distance and you can get to bookstores, comfort food, groceries, an arcade, bike rental, go-karts, miniature gold, kite museum, etc. It's also right on the beach and next to both a bike path and a raised boardwalk, but that's a bit misleading as the beach itself is hundreds of yards wide. The entire area is very flat and good for bicycling. Only downside: there's only a little bit of beach view as the apartment faces on the parking lot.

We stayed here during a three day weekend in the winter and while the weather wasn't great, the townhouse is was perfect! It was really clean and set up nicely. It had everything we needed. The location was perfect, we loved being able to walk to town and straight to the beach.

Warm nice and comfortable.

I was having trouble deciding to go with the more expensive better view property or this one. The other one was rented out, so we had our choice made for us! I am so glad that occurred! This place was not only an excellent location, an equally short trail to the beach but also a shorter walk to town and more centrally located than the more expensive property. The condo itself is next to a larger but quiet condo, the side view to the ocean is absolutely beautiful, with plenty of comfortable seating. The beds were very comfortable. All of the rooms in the condo were well appointed. A lot of the amenities were there and available, including beach toys and chairs. The only thing that was tough were the stairs, they’re small and steep, hard on bad knees. But that didn’t matter to most of us. I only mention it for anyone else that has trouble with stairs. I already checked for future dates to rent this place- but they were taken- jump on it if you find your dates available!

Nice location for a girls weekend. The check in/out process was very easy. The property was super clean. The parking lot is right off the deck, if you lean over you can get a glimpse of the ocean. But who needs to spend time on the deck when the ocean is just a short walk away. The neighborhood was very quiet. We enjoyed our stay!

We had an excellent stay at Ocean's Echo. The home was spotless and the location is amazing for fast access to the beach, boardwalk, or the Discovery bike trail. We brought our bikes and it was super convenient to store them in the garage and be on the trail within 60 seconds of leaving the house. The only note I would add to the listing is that the living room windows face the parking lot of the neighboring hotel. It was not an issue from a privacy perspective (they have blinds that close both up and down and the living room is on the second floor of the home), but it surprised us initially when we arrived. There is an ocean view from the deck, but the deck faces the parking lot. We had a lovely stay!

We would definitely book this place again!

Short walk to both the beach and town. Several units in quiet area. All three of us said we would be back!

loved this house, good location- not great for seniors, has steep stairs- also recommend sleep mask for light sleepers, outdoor complex lighting is very bright!

This property was amazing! It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location was also amazing--it was only 5 minutes away from both town and the beach, and there was a walking path right down to the water! Everything was well-organized, and it was easy to feel like we were right at home :)

Everything was there , kitchen was great, nice small deck, you can see the beach from . I would recommend this place. There is 2 levels, upstairs is the living room and kitchen two bedrooms downstairs. Enjoyed the stay couldn’t have been better.

We had a wonderful time at this home. One of the most well equipped we've stayed in with a great kitchen for cooking. The only disappointment was an electric fire rather than gas or electric. Very nicely appointed and very clean.

We had a great family spring break. Very short walk to the beach, great location to shops near the main street. Highly recommend.

Nice place to stay. Can get noisy with traffic in parking lot that can be heard in downstairs bedrooms. Outdoor furniture was very rusty. But overall very clean and well stocked.

Really just a few issues- There are TVs in every room, but we could only get one of them to work. There were no directions for the TVs. The binder on the counter said there were directions for the TVs in the binder, but maybe they were removed as they were not there? The ice maker was broken and there were no ice cube trays so we bought ice. The property was super clean and over all very nice. Some reviewers noted that there was a lift blocking the stairs, it wasn’t there when we were there and this wasn’t an issue. The fireplace was also broken so there was an electric fireplace in front of it.

From check in to check out this place was exactly what the gals and I needed. We were settled in Friday night, Saturday, weather was nice to walk the boardwalk check out the town, afternoon 4 of us went horseback riding on the beach…. Sunday 5 of us played bingo. We had ample space tocook our meals and treated ourselves to scpoopers! Very fun weekend for all! Clean well equipped condo for 6. The Gals!

The condo was comfy and cozy, only problem was not enough parking.

Perfect for our family of 6. Nice getaway from home and so convenient close to the beach and town. Cute home away from home. The kids wanted to stay longer.
