Il y a une cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée, une belle salle à manger et un salon.
Il y a quatre chambres à coucher, avec la chambre des maîtres avec un lit king. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen et la troisième a 2 lits jumeaux. La quatrième chambre a un lit superposé double avec un lit gigogne double. Il y a une buanderie entièrement fermée qui comprend un lave-linge et un sèche-linge. Wifi gratuit, serviettes, draps sont également fournis.
La maison a une piscine privée filtrée qui fait face à l'est.

Our vacation was very good, lots of fun. But I have to say that we have spent less for a two week vacation home and those houses were MUCH better in the way of cleanliness and equipment functions. But all in all it was wonderful.

We’ve stayed in this community a handful of times. I love how we can order groceries/have them ready for pickup when we arrive. We’ve stayed in the condos before. There is a community pool, concession stand and various activities at the clubhouse. This time we stayed at a house with a pool and game room. Everything was great and was fun to having the pool for some swimming at night since we had teenagers with us. I’d definitely stay there again.

Location was perfect, gated community, felt safe, lots of families, wasn't loud, great clubhouse. House itself had a great layout and great pool, we paid for pool heating and it did not disappoint. House on the surface was clean but it really needs a deep, deep clean and a little TLC.
There were stains on the walls in multiple places as well as many of the doors that could easily been wiped clean as well as the leather couch. The light switches were disgusting, we actually wiped them all down ourselves. There was carpet in the bedrooms which was light in color and full of stains, we kept our luggage out in the main room as we didn’t want to put our stuff on the carport as it was pretty gross. The vertical blinds on the patio doors were missing multiple slates and many of them kept falling out, this wasn’t a big deal just a nuisance. One of the patio doors was unlocked when we got there as it appeared to be broken, we did contact the property management company and it was fixed the next day however we still spent a night feeling a little uneasy. The property management company was very good to deal with and we have no complaints there other than we would have appreciated the lock fixed when we got there and not the next day. The beds were not great specifically the double/queen bed, it was much like a crib mattress, not comfortable at all and pillows appeared old and very worn. If it had a deep clean and a little TLC it would perfect.

Property was clean and in a safe neighborhood. Master bedroom bed is very comfortable. Bring your own convenience items, provided items are very minimal. You get two towels and one hand towel per bathroom. No washcloths. Bring stuff like toilet paper, paper towels, washcloths, coffee filters, kitchen items. Has sufficient plates and silverware but not enough cooking equipment. Enjoyed our stay and would rent again!

We loved the location and the amenities provided. We are a family of 9 and had enough room for our big family with lots of fun entertainment options at the house. My kids also enjoyed the water slides and the basketball courts on the grounds. Down sides, the attendant at the gate told us our house was double booked (it was not but getting this info at midnight and having to make calls before we were allowed on the grounds was not fun), the pool wouldn’t heat (I was in contact with the property manager a lot throughout the trip to advise but they couldn’t resolve the issue while we were there), and all non-perishable extras typically left by prior tenants were cleared out. So things like salt or coffee are not there. So make sure to have a food delivery scheduled immediately, pack some snacks or plan a grocery stop into your drive to the premise. Luckily, there is a Walmart very close by! Overall we had a great time and we would definitely go back!!

The house is very clean and nice. Everything that we needed was available. The downside was check in process Windsor did not have us listed as gate guests so would not check us in. This was booked about 9 months in advance so plenty of time to add us as guests. A big complaint additionally is that you really need to update mattresses as they wear out. I have a video of how loud mine was in the queen bed and like a rock. Dryer would not dry bc vent was so packed full it could not dry.

The property is pretty to look at. There are the bare minimum amenities. We were given 6 bath towels and that’s it. No wash cloths. The chandelier sconces were broken. The carpet threshold for 1 room was down to tacks. The pool was dirty. It is a well used game room but needs serviced. In the front bedroom you can hear people walking by on the sidewalk. The kitchen lights flicker and need changed. The patio blinds are broken and missing slats. There is no information in the house regarding policies, rules, insights. Can’t wash dishes because there is no drain stopper. You are given 1 garbage bag. 1 small roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. It is between 1/4 to 1/2 a mile to the “water park” and cafe. And only about 30 parking spots for the pool. We were disappointed

Very nice clean house and I enjoyed the location and lay out. However the pool really needed to be vacuumed and had a lot of leaves and debris in it. I messaged management but never received a response. Also, there were no wash cloths, dish soap, etc. which was disappointing because I thought items like that would be in the house.

We lost one day of pool heat because of miscommunication but they said they wouldn't charge us for that day.
Pretty much as described but compared to the houses we rented in the past that were equivalent, this one seemed to be a little less taken cared of. We expected more since we were used to "like new" condition with past experiences and this was a little disappointing for us.
Just a little TLC would do the trick to render the experience top notch.

4 generational family trip to Disney. Great location, quiet and rhe home was perfect for what we needed. We were spreading and not on top of one another. Made quiet time and relaxation easier when one or more needed naps or just a rest from busy park days.

The house was in a great location for our Disney vacation but needed some work. The carpets needed cleaning and the carpet at the entry of the front bedroom was torn and there were carpet nails sticking up which my daughter stepped on and we had to watch so that my grandchildren didn’t get hurt. Calling the number given for information or questions we were transferred to an extension that was never answered and at one point had a full mailbox and we couldn’t even leave a message.

Great house! Plenty of towels. The house has everything to make a whole meal but bring your own spices because the house has none, only has pots and pans with utensils and bowls. The game room is super cool and everything works perfectly! Only 30 mins away from Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Should be closer to the disney parks. Overall great house , would recommend with a group of people. The pool is super clean and the water park is kid and adult friendly. Overall Great stay.

Nice house and location - some issues with management
Okay let's start with the good. The location was great, it took 15 min to get to magic kingdom. The house is nice looking and the neighborhood's common areas are really low key and fun. The pool has some shade which is nice thing to have in July anywhere, but even more so in Florida.
Now the bad: the ice maker didn't work. The toilets were slow and prone to plugging. The worse part however, was that I called, I emailed, and I texted several times about getting the code to unlock the grill, but was completely ignored. I paid a special fee to use the grill and was disappointed to say the least. We had a family pool party planned, had bought a lot of meat to grill and had to take it home but by the time we got home, it was spoiled and had to throw it away. This would have been a 5 star review if they had bothered to contact us. Furthermore, why wasn't the grill unlocked if I had to prepay for the privilege to use it? So, overall the property is nice, but management let us down.. I will try to get my 50.00 refund, but I'm keeping my expectations low. 😔

Family trip
Beautiful home! Kids loved the private pool & game room! Large enough for everyone but cozy feel so we didn’t feel too spread out. I was disappointed with myself because I didn’t read the pool heat instructions so it wasn’t warm which would have made the stay perfect since it was raining & colder temperatures. Kids made the best of it. I wrongly assumed the pool heat was automatically included. Maybe that could be in bold print. Overall modern home highly recommend! ♥️

I must say for the price i paid I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the place. The bathroom in the bunk bed room had yellow stains on floor between the tub and toilet. Carpets appear very worn and dirty. Baseboards need a deep clean. Ws afraid to look to deep as I did not want to gorse myself out. Did not want to walk in bare feet or socks. We were not given a full role o toilet paper in each bathroom and when one bathroom ran out we were told we had to buy more. We stayed Tuesday through Saturday. We were gone all evening Tuesday, 8 hour on Wednesday, 14 hours Thursday and Friday. The fourth bedroom did not even have a role replaced. Please explain how one person would have gone through a whole role a toilet paper in that little amount of time. I appreciate the text but feel it is an easy way out to not actually talk to the customers. Overall customer services needs some work.
The place was as described and was not disappointed. Could not find the pool light. A good deep clean and paint of the place would change a lot.

Overall, great experience. I messaged the property manager about one month prior to our stay, adding my father in law to our guest list. They never answered my message and of course, he wasn’t on the list when it was time to check in. I called the after hours emergency number and the lady was courteous and helpful. It only took a matter of a few minutes. The pool had some dirt at the bottom but it sure didn’t keep my kids from swimming from morning until night. The dryer vent is not hooked up to the back of the dryer, so it gets quite warm in the game room with lint all over. Also, they should add an ice cream scoop and pizza cutter to their utensil drawer ;) We will certainly book this house again!!!

Windsor Hills is nice, but the accommodations could have been better for the money
Hello, A couple things we had noticed while staying at this property last week. We had noticed the deck area around the pool had quite a bit of weeds growing up as well as a couple holes in the screened porched will allowed a squirrel to enter the pool area. The pool water (when we first arrived) was about 5 inches below the skimmer. The skimmer was just sucking air so I had to fill up the pool using the adjacent garden hose. We did not see the pool guy until we were leaving the house the following Thursday, so I am not sure if they come weekly to check the pool water level and chemicals?? There were only a handful of towels at the location and we were constantly having to do laundry. The lights in the pool were not working so we could not swim out there at night. The play area in the garage was nice but with the washer/dryer and air conditioner running in the garage, it made the area extremely hot and our kids were not able to spend much time in there. The front door handle was constantly getting stuck so the only way we could close the door was by manually locking it. Overall, the kids enjoyed the minions room and there was plenty of space of everyone. We have been coming down to Windsor Hills for the past 15 years and for the money we spent on this particular house, I believe there are better accommodations within the Windsor Hills area. This house would not be my first choice when we visit Windsor Hills again next year.

To begin with, I want to say that from the first moment I rented, the communication with the real estate agency was terrible, it took them 5 days to respond to my messages, I had to call for them to answer me, when I finally got an answer, I made my second payment for the rent. of the barbecue, the pool and the jacuzzi , which for me this is too expensive, since I found out and in other places they rent you with everything included,When my first day arrived, oh surprise, the hot pool and the jacuzzi were not working, reasons why I had rented this house, since it was very cold, however I called the real estate and they told me that I had to wait for the technician until the next day.Although the technician was there, all weekend, neither the pool nor the jacuzzi worked, the pool I think has a great damage since the level was very low, and the jacuzzi was empty and full for no reason, so unfortunately we couldn't use any.Besides, I had neighbors over 60 years old, for which they wanted peace and quiet, and they complained about the noise my children made, and about our voices, since my family and I spoke in the in the back part, where the pool is located, either during the day or at night.They should not rent to anyone based on deception and lies, it is not the first time that this house has the same problem with the pool and the jacuzzi, also with the complaints of the neighbors, they should rent this type of house only to elderly people 60 and without children.I have sent many messages , waiting for my return for the payment I made for the pool and the jacuzzi, at first they told me that they were going to make the return, but 15 days have passed and they have not returned my money.I would not rent in this place again, I do not recommend it, bad experience with the pool, the jacuzzi, you cannot enjoy the house for the neighbors either, apart from the first day, it was not clean, there were cigarette butts everywhere, and Suppose you can not smoke, before I leave I leave the house cleaner than I found it and that they charge you for cleaning, you must leave the slab washed and take the garbage to the entrance of the condominium.I hope they will return my money one day, if not, and if they decide to steal it, at least they will invest it to fix the jacuzzi or the pool and do not continue scamming people

When my first day arrived, oh surprise, the hot pool and the jacuzzi were not working, reasons why I had rented this house, since it was very cold, however I called the real estate and they told me that I had to wait for the technician until the next day.
Although the technician was there, all weekend, neither the pool nor the jacuzzi worked, the pool I think has a great damage since the level was very low, and the jacuzzi was empty and full for no reason, so unfortunately we couldn't use any.
Besides, I had neighbors over 60 years old, for which they wanted peace and quiet, and they complained about the noise my children made, and about our voices, since my family and I spoke in the in the back part, where the pool is located, either during the day or at night.
They should not rent to anyone based on deception and lies, it is not the first time that this house has the same problem with the pool and the jacuzzi, also with the complaints of the neighbors, they should rent this type of house only to elderly people 60 and without children.
I have sent many messages , waiting for my return for the payment I made for the pool and the jacuzzi, at first they told me that they were going to make the return, but 15 days have passed and they have not returned my money.
I would not rent in this place again, I do not recommend it, bad experience with the pool, the jacuzzi, you cannot enjoy the house for the neighbors either, apart from the first day, it was not clean, there were cigarette butts everywhere, and Suppose you can not smoke, before I leave I leave the house cleaner than I found it and that they charge you 🤑 for cleaning, you must leave the slab washed and take the garbage to the entrance of the condominium.
I hope they will return my money one day, if not, and if they decide to steal it, at least they will invest it to fix the jacuzzi or the pool and do not continue scamming people

Perfect place!
Perfect from start to finish. Great communication with property managers. Every room has its own bathroom and the kitchen is well equipped. Pool was clean and heat was perfect for cold FL nights.

Great house but needs some updates
We first stayed here two years ago & loved it so much we came back. I’ll start with the pros...the location is great. Very close to Disney & the community is really nice. We love having the private pool/hot tub, grill & option to use the clubhouse pool/water slides. The house is also very spacious, lots of bedrooms & bathrooms. Kitchen is clean with all of the basic dishes & cookware you need.
However, when we stayed at the house this time the wear & tear was definitely starting to show. Carpet is badly stained now & really needs replacing or at least a good cleaning. The master bed is extremely lumpy to the point that there is a huge lump in the middle with saggy spots on either side. Also, the cleaning was not as thorough as we would have liked. Sticky handprints on slider doors, sheets on trundle bed weren’t changed. We also had an issue with pool heat not working for the first 3 days. When I was finally able to speak with someone at the management company she was very helpful & sent maintenance to fix it. (She was only available through texts over the weekend & nothing was properly addressed until office hours on Monday.). We still had a great vacation but will probably look other options next time we visit the area.

Definitely the “Perfect Family Home!”
This house was just like the pictures! We all enjoyed the entire space. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise. I am very picky about my pillows and often don’t sleep well at a hotel. Every night I was sound asleep all night. There was a problem with the pool heater but we were still able to swim in it everyday. DePaula Realty addressed the issue right away to our satisfaction. I brought extra garbage bags, hand soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Utilizing the washer and dryer was very helpful. The playground is just a few houses away which made our 3 little girls very happy. We absolutely loved this house and will definitely try to stay there in the future!

Amazing house and location!
The house was amazing! We had a little trouble getting into the house but called and immediately got a different code for entry. The house was spacious for the 6 members of our party. The house was well stocked with anything we could have needed. The location was close to stores, restaurants and parks. Wonderful stay and would love to stay again in the future.

Clean, lots of beds and bathrooms & close to Disney!
This was a great place to stay! 5 kids and 2 adults-plenty of bed for sleeping! Pool was a little small, but the kids enjoyed it-lots of pool toys to use. We didn't use hot tub area as it costs a fee to heat it and we stayed in July! Would've loved to have pool/beach towels, but there were plenty of bath towels for all. Game room was a hit. More places to hang towels/swim suits in bathrooms would be helpful. Overall-great place!

Great size and comfortable
Had a great stay here - you really can't get much closer to Disney!
The villa was clean and comfortable and very well equipped. We had a small issue while there, which was dealt with by the management company quickly and professionally.
The outside space isn't very big, so it's not great for sunbathers - but you can get two sunbeds in the sun next to the pool.
The living area was very comfortable and the garage has table football, pool and air hockey. There is also a decent supply of inflatables, pushchair and many extras too.
Everywhere was clean and bug-free and our family of 4 had a wonderful time.

Best house we’ve stayed at!
We travel to Orlando often and stay at Windsor Hills almost all the time. Out of all the homes we’ve occupied, this one is by far the best! Beautiful furniture and appliances and very clean! Decor is very modern and the beds are great, although the king size mattress could use an upgrade. Your family will be very happy here!
