Notre condo est très propre et bien aménagé. Situé dans une communauté fermée sur la magnifique Emerald Pointe de Tablerock Lake.
Magnifiquement décoré partout; cuisine entièrement équipée; lave-vaisselle, grand réfrigérateur, cuisinière vitrée, micro-ondes, laveuse et sécheuse. Grande salle à manger et bar petit-déjeuner avec tabourets de bar. La véranda grillagée / vitrée tous temps est recouverte de moquette et dispose d'un mobilier de jardin pour profiter de votre temps libre.
Nous vous proposons un luxueux condo 3 chambres / 3 salles de bain. Notre condo a tout le confort de la maison. Les chambres ont une commode et / ou un coffre et une télévision par câble à écran plat dans le salon et les 3 chambres; certains avec DVD. Les trois chambres ont un lit king size. La salle de bain principale a une baignoire à jets. Il y a un canapé-lit queen dans le salon. Le condo a une salle à manger, une cuisine entièrement équipée avec laveuse et sécheuse, un salon et un porche / solarium vitré / moustiquaire avec des meubles de patio. Le salon dispose d'une grande télévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD.
Situé sur les rives du lac Table Rock sur Emerald Pointe. Nous avons une nouvelle piscine en mai 2018. Nous ne sommes qu'à 50 mètres ou moins du lac Tablerock, mais il y a quelques arbres entre le condo et le lac, donc nous sommes face au lac mais pas la vue sur le lac. L'US Army Corp of Engineers a une amende de 5 000 $ pour avoir abattu un arbre. Nous avons une marina à service complet (Branson Bay Marina) avec un dépanneur à seulement 1/2 pâté de maisons à l'ouest. Un paradis pour la pêche, la navigation de plaisance et les sports nautiques. Nous sommes également idéalement situés à proximité de toutes les attractions de Branson, notamment Silver Dollar City, White Water Park, Showboat Branson Belle, Branson Landing, centres commerciaux, spectacles, restaurants, marinas, Tablerock Lake Dam et écloserie pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns. Nous louons généralement des semaines complètes du samedi au samedi ou du dimanche au dimanche de la mi-juin à la mi-août avec un minimum de 6 nuits pendant ces dates, mais nous avons des minimums de 3 nuits. En été, nous ne réservons le week-end que lorsqu'un invité part le vendredi et que le prochain ne se présente que le dimanche. This was a very nice place to stay during our trip to Branson. The kitchen was abundantly supplied, and the entire condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the deck and the lake view. Sandy was available by phone and was willing to talk not only about our needs in the condo but also about things to do in Branson. She genuinely wanted us to have a pleasant stay. Thank you, Sandy!

This location and amenities were perfect for a getaway to enjoy all things of the lake with ease and all things Branson. Far enough away from the hustle of Branson yet close enough to enjoy dinner and shopping without traveling far. Very clean and stocked with all your needs to travel light.

Pleasant stay in Branson
The owners gave very specific instructions prior to check in, and we had a nice visit on the phone & discussed things to do. The owners gave a great suggestion to visit the fish hatchery. The condo was clean and had ample space. There are a couple of areas that could take the unit to the next level. The cable wires to the TVs should be cleaned up for a nicer look. The kitchen utensils were at the lowest level and need some love. Also, the front right burner would not regulate & it maxed out even at the lowest setting. My brother was very upset about the double cleaning fee, which should have been disclosed in the listing. None of these items took away from my pleasure. I had a great time and these are some suggestions to take the unit to the next level. Thanks so much.

Great location away from "the strip" and all the traffic, yet close enough to take in the shows and shop. We rented a boat for the day and found plenty of eateries to enjoy. Sandy was very easy to communicate with and eager to answer any questions we had.

Condo was nice, not as clean as I hoped as we found some trash from previous guest on the floor in a few spots but nothing terrible. The complex was ok, pool was dirty and green first might but was cleaned up and clear by the end of our stay, playground area needs a little upkeep. Disappointing that Branson Bay Marina does not rent boats even though thier website says they do. Would have been awesome to walk out the condo right onto the boat. Overall nuce place to stay.

Owner did not include all fees on the vrbo payment page. The cleaning fee which is typically included on the vrbo payment page was not included by this owner, but was disclosed in a contract which she sent to me after a non-refundable reservation payment had already been processed. Further, there was an envelope left on the counter in the kitchen of the condo with instructions to leave cash or a personal check for the cleaning fee amount. I have never encountered this in any other vrbo rental, and I have booked numerous times. The owner also encouraged me to book directly with her next time to avoid the service fee. I would question whether this falls within the Terms of Service agreement she has with vrbo. At any rate, I will certainly avoid any of her properties in the future.
When we arrived, none of the three toilets in the unit were working, there was mold in two of the toilet bowls, the towels were rags, and the sheets on the beds were very thin and worn. The pots and pans in the kitchen need to be replaced. The owner did come over and get the toilets at least working some, but they still need attention. She seemed surprised by the condition of the towels and did bring over a few new towels, but they were dollar store quality.
I was the family member who made the reservation (I’ve done this for years for both my family as well as for my husband’s family), so I’ve had lots of experience with bookings, and this was by far the most disappointing experience we’ve had. We were raised to treat people the way you want to be treated, and I feel like we were deceived by this owner. In order to appear competitive with her price, she did not disclose all fees on the payment page. I had sent a copy of the email payment page to my siblings, so they were expecting to pay their share of that amount. I had to inform them that the owner had added another fee after the fact which increased our overall lodging cost by 22%.

Location was great and having the boat slip was just what we wanted. Branson is about 15 min drive which I didn’t think was bad. Condo itself is a little outdated but other than that the stay was great! Sandy was nice and helpful.
