We had a great time at the lake and pool . The house was comfortable and fully furnished with all the things we needed or forgot . Great communication from the hostess. Thanks for a great weekend .

Perfect rental! Very clean and roomy! We were very close to lots of restaurants and downtown shopping. Fredericksburg is close by also.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home overlooking Lake LBJ. One upstairs bedroom had a large deck and seating area. Deer were all around. It was convenient to downtown Marble Falls. But it also had the feel of being remote. The home was well appointed. Clearly the owner took a lot of time and effort decorating.

We enjoyed our stay. One of the hidden gems was the beautiful night sky from the second floor deck. All amenities were as listed.

The property is exactly as advertised & more. All the little things made the difference- shampoo, conditioner and soap in the bathrooms, quality toilet paper with back-ups, all the things you need to cook, great towels, bed and linens. Extra blankets. The communication through out the set-up time and for checking was perfect. All the codes, restaurant recommendations, The best part...it is amazingly quiet. We were able to relax and unwind. The birds were calling, the deer wander around and, at night, were watched the stars above and the boats on the water. We came home refreshed. Highly receommend this place and owner.

We love the location. The layout of the condo is perfect. Very clean and comfy. This is the 2nd time we have stayed there and we will be back. Has everything we need.

The condo was very comfortable, clean and quiet. It was a great place for a sister week-end. After spending a day in Fredericksburg, we couldn't wait to get back to spend the evening on the lovely deck with great views of Lake LBJ. I would definitely stay again in this lovely home - but for a much longer visit!

We enjoyed our month long stay. The townhouse is spacious and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the upstairs balconies (both front and back). Hosts were very nice and helpful. Beautiful view every morning from the bedroom.

We enjoyed the stay. Comfortable home in great location even with the steep driveway in front of home. Kitchen accessories could use some updating but overall the decor was very inviting.

We give the property two thumbs up from the moment we got there and all through our stay. We were greeted by deer as we unloaded our car. The house had everything we needed. I loved that each bedroom had its own spacious bathroom. It was perfect for me and 2 teenage girls. I enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony and enjoyed drinking coffee and seeing deer roam in the morning from the patio. The townhome was easy to find and close enough to things to do and eat in Marble Falls. Having WiFi and tv/movie channels was great too. I will recommend the house to my friends.

If you need an effortless vacation this is your dream home. Spotless home with every need at your finger tips. The owner will provide tips from local dining to grocery locations, their kindness will not be surpassed. Two master bedrooms, each with full bath and a HUGH second level patio deck to view a starlit sky or marina lighted to perfection. Lower level living room, dining table, 1/2 bath and Kitchen decorated as a lake home in full Texas Style. A backyard with Deer grazing in a woodland park with pool. This lower level extends with furnished patio for indoor or outdoor dining. The property is minutes away from LBJ Lake allowing privacy and quiet nights. This home is not to be missed in your search for beauty inside and outside the home. We are forever grateful for having the opportunity to stay awhile.

After a busy summer keeping grand“adults”, grand”teens”, grandchildren and grand”dogs”, the dozen days at Sue’s place is what we needed to rest, recover and reconnect. The views, the deer and the location were great. We hope to return next year.

Every little thing was perfect! Comfortable, everything you need is available. Spectacular direct communication with owner. After many VACASA properties and dealing with an agency run around, this was a outsanding amenity. Stop at Walmart or H.E.B for carrots to feed the deer that visit the neighborhood throughout the day. Thank you, Sue

Our family enjoyed our stay! We used the pool and enjoyed the quick drive to HSB Resort. The property was quiet and comfortable. It’s well decorated and supplied with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed the upstairs patio and views to the lake.

The house and host exceeded our expectations. We were so grateful to her would definitely go back again. The view from the top deck did not disappoint and the pool was clean and well kept and just feet from the door. Wineries and restaurants were easily accessible. The house was equipped with everything we needed for the kitchen and bathrooms

We had a great trip! There were five us - my husband, me, and our 3 kids, ages 11, 9 and 4. We loved the pool. It was clean and right behind the condo. The condo was the perfect size for us. We loved the balconies, the many pillow and blanket options, and the comfortable couches and beds. We saw bright stars at night and deer wandering around during the day. We rented a boat and enjoyed being out on the lake. The condo was a beautiful place to unwind and focus on each other. Sue was so clear on all the details and made us feel so welcome.

This property was just as advertised. It is well kept with nice décor, spacious and has a very nice lakeview from the front roof-top patio. Sue, the owner/property manager was very helpful in providing local information and restaurant recommendations. We enjoyed hiking, playing golf, shopping and dining in the Horseshoe Bay / Marble Falls area.

I was looking for a nice "work remote" location to get away for a few days, nice and quiet, this was perfect, incredible views of the lake, WiFi worked great, I setup my "office" on the balcony, great bbq at Wingman Brothers Smoke House, rode the bike to HorseShoe Bay resort, ready to book my next trip.
