Allez à gauche et à travers la porte. Tournez à droite et suivre le sentier à travers les bois. Traverser le ruisseau et continuer. Lorsque vous arrivez à l'intersection majeure où les signes sont prendre à gauche vers la maison. Suivez cet itinéraire jusqu'à atteint céleste. Il ya une grande affût ici sur le lac et le coucher du soleil depuis le sommet des rochers. Vous pouvez ensuite la tête à gauche vers la maison où vous avez commencé.

Wonderful House
This house was 5 star overall. We didn't want for anything. Plenty of supplies to cook with, and the grill and hot tub was a plus. The location was close to everything yet the neighborhood was peaceful. The owner was receptive to any of our needs. I would stay here again!

Very nice but lots of traffic noise
House is spacious and in nice condition, which made for a very comfortable stay. It's also a two minute walk from some nice hiking trails. Danny was very communicative and friendly. Only negative is significant traffic noise from Pioneer Trail, which has become busy all hours of the day and night (especially Fridays). Probably not an issue if it is cool enough to close the windows at night.

Loved Tahoe!
For the most part it was great! Loved the kitchen and great room. Three of the bedrooms were very nice and comfortable. The fourth bedroom was a disappointment and we were told ahead that it was less private but It said there was a twin bed and bunk beds. Instead there were two bunk beds. There was no other furniture in the room to put things or a chair. This was ok for kids but not adults. Need more table knifes. Loved the hot tub! Had a great week.

Great house in a great location close to everything on the south side of the lake with plenty of room for a large family. Danny was very responsive to questions and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome house and great location
This is a great house and the communication with the owner was amazing. Everything you need! Hot tub, 3 master suites and bunk beds for the kids. The beds are better then at home! Top of the line appliances and a tankless water heater so everyone can take a shower at once! It’s only minutes from Everything! Definitely stay here again!!

Great location, perfect layout
Perfect central location to casinos, bike park, hiking trails, restaurants and stores. The layout of the cabin was ideal for our group, parents on the main floor and adult children and teens on the lower level. Comfortable furniture and beds, we hated to leave!

Perfect Experience in a perfect house
I honestly can’t imagine anyone giving this less than 5 stars. I would of given it 100 stars if possible. I’m not sure how this house could be anymore updated per the last review. Everything was new, clean, and just amazing. It was in such a great location for the lake, and for getting around town. The owner himself was in constant contact with us when we needed him due to the wildfires. He made us feel safe, and offered any help he possibly could to make our stay better. I have 0 suggestions on improvement, and when we return to Lake Tahoe we will absolutely be booking with you again. Thank you so much again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home and giving us such a great experience!!!

Perfect location to Heavenly
Everything is perfect. Some maintenance could be done to make the place even better. Like the broken garage door button. And note that the bunk beds are actually in public area, not really a separate room.

Great cabin for skiing at Heavenly Valley
Our family enjoyed our brief stay. Upstairs master bedroom, downstairs junior master, 3 rd downstairs bedroom all are nice. The downstairs bunk bed area would be great for young kids that don’t need privacy.

Not four bedroom - 3-1/2
Our overall experience was great. However, I would not classify where the bunk beds are located as a "bedroom" because there is not door on the room and essentially it was a recreation room converted into a bedroom. So, unfortunately, If you have young children you can't go out to the hot tub to enjoy the night sky and once the children are down the for night you have to be very quiet because the noise travels up the stairs.
Also, the barbecue does need some repair. I am a jewelry and have a great deal of knowledge as to how flames work and it is not putting out enough heat to grill a hot dog. Other than that - it is a terrific plact to stay. Thank you

Great place for a snowy weekend
This was my second time staying at this property. It has a nice open and inviting common area on the second floor. The kitchen is great for cooking meals while socializing with everyone. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice place to relax after a day of skiing or boarding.

The place was just as advertised and a great location! Would stay again. Only issue we had was the grill may need a line from the gas tank replaced as the flame would not get very warm and thus took longer for grilling. But really would not call this an inconvenience.

This is a perfect house for a family or couples. There is a ton of space. The bedrooms are comfortable and roomy, Kitchen has everything you need. We truly enjoyed our stay and will book here again next time we are in South Lake Tahoe.

Beautiful cabin, great location, super roomy and comfortable.
We enjoyed the layout and three master bedroom suites. The price was well worth it! The info on the hot tub was conflicting in the book than on the refrigerator so we were unable to access for two nights as the we were using the book’s info. We used it the last night, but it wasn’t hot enough. The stove was a little finicky as was the garage door controls. These were picky little things because it was overall well stocked and super accommodating. I would highly recommend this place!

We were very pleased with the April street house. All 8 of us had enough space to relax as needed. It was great to be able to cook in a big kitchen and to have everyone eat all at once at the same table! We enjoyed the close trail and all the activities that were near by.

A beautiful home in a perfect location in South Lake Tahoe! Not many homes have 3 masters with bathrooms and a room with 2 bunk beds for the kids. It is the perfect place to bring multiple families! Will definitely be back!

The king master bedroom smelled of smoke and the rear sliding glass door would not lock. I immediately called the cell phone number given, but didn't receive an answer. Our party consisted of eight senior female cousins and we were extremely concerned sleeping in an unsecured house. On our last day I called again and spoke to the owner.

This is a very nice home. Beautiful hardwood floors, 3 Bedrooms are very big and nice. 4th 'bonus' room is great for kids. Has everything you need for great vacation including two bikes and a bunch of sleds. You won't go wrong here.

This property exceeded my expectations! Our group visited to celebrate a 40 year old birthday for the long weekend....adults and kids were very happy to be in this house. It is clean, has a great spacious layout, and all the amenities that i would want in a home rental. The location is perfect for getting to all the places we wanted to visit in South Lake Tahoe. Danny was easy to work with and we would definitely consider renting again.

This house was beautiful! It was perfect for two families with kids. It isn't "technically" a 4 bedroom (the 4th BR is a pullout between the other two bedrooms) but it was perfect for us! The kids shared a bedroom and the adults each had their own room. The kids could play downstairs and the adults could hang out upstairs. It had a lot of the "extras" you don't think to bring, i.e., laundry soap, salt/pepper, paper towels, etc… The kitchen was well stocked except it could have used a better pair of tongs in the kitchen and the sauté pans that they had there were really used up and in bad shape. The teflon coating was feathering and there was black stuff crusted in one of them. Otherwise, the kitchen is stocked really well and was great for cooking dinners! They also have a ton of sleds in the garage which is nice for the kids to play around outside. (Unfortunately for us there wasn't enough snow so we couldn't use them.) It would be nice to have a little more seating in the family room/living area, maybe a big, long sectional or an extra couch, a loveseat? The room is so large that it could easily accommodate more seating. Especially when you have multiple families and kids watching tv together. The house was 5 minutes to Heavenly, the Village and the casinos. Grocery store, Starbucks, restaurants, etc… are all within 5 minutes of the house. Very centrally located! Like I said, the house is beautiful, clean, updated (not a "classic old charm" ski cabin type) but a very modern ski cabin. There is more than enough space for multiple families and we would definitely rent it again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this really nice house. The home is new and well kept. Love the hardwood floors and the open kitchen. Great trails right out the door for hiking, biking and running. Owner gives a great overview of their favorite things to do too. You won't go wrong here!

This is a gorgeous property and exceeded our expectations. There was a slight hiccup with the cable that the owner wouldn't have otherwise known about but worked very diligently with us to get it resolved, even on a holiday! I would recommend this property to anyone with a larger family or smaller individual families looking to spend a vacation in Tahoe together. It's super closer to the casinos, ski resorts, lake, shopping and more. Definitely felt like our home away from home.
