It was peaceful.
The room, floor tiles cracked, hole in the wall, dirty. The property, loose walkway blocks, smoking and vaping allowed, the manager, Kimberly, was rude!

I loved the location
There was mold on the long mirror in the bedroom. It was very bad onthe front and back, very noticeable. Can’t believe it was hung up!!

Location
Plantation East Unit 3117 - AC doesn’t work!!! Shower drain stopped up! Balcony door won’t lock and it’s ground level! Keypad to enter the room doesn’t work due to dead battery. I had to call Vacasa to get the code for the lock box to get a key to open it manually. They didn’t have the correct code. I guessed the code myself if that tells you how secure it was!!! We had to wait while the room was finished cleaning because it wasn’t ready at 4:00 for check in. I called Vacasa and ask to be moved to a different unit 2 hours after arriving. I was told the local Vacasa property manager would be calling me. It’s 10:20 pm and haven’t received a call yet! This is ridiculous! Do NOT book through Vacasa!!! I have stayed in a different condo here in the past with no issue.

It was clean, well guarded, beach clean, friendly guest. Indoor swimming. The location was ok… it was a 20-40 minute drive for fine dinning and entertaining.
The master bedroom, bed was very high, lighting at night was very bright coming through windows. The toilet would run off and on after flush for about an hour, then periodically through the night.
The kiddie pool could have been lit better.

Location,location!
Cleanliness. Blood stains on our bedding. We even seen two cockroaches👎👎 we payed quite a bit. I was expecting more but was let down as soon as I walked through the door.At one point I said to my husband if theu had cleaning products available along with a mop I would have cleaned the condo myself before settling in for the week. Pool was disgusting. Same toys that were out the night before were still there in the am.junk floating in the pool. We were overall just disappointed ☹️

To be the first time. It was the best vacation spot I've ever been. My room was very nice clean, and I had everything. The view of the beach and water you just can't ask for more (spot on). The beach was never crowded and very people friendly. Very quiet and calm night made my sleep more relaxing, and ready to start another day of fun activities. I definitely will tell a lot of people about this place and how enjoyable it was. Thank you for the memories and possibly more in the future. Will definitely go back for another vacation or a quick getaway. Thank you Plantation East

Sliding door would not lock and very hard to get open. Coffee machine leaked

The location was great. It's within easy driving distance to attractions, but out of town enough to have the peaceful vibe.
I was disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. The dishes were put away with food still on them. Couch was stained, and throw pillow on bed had dirt (?) on it
