A great apartment in a very central location. The welcome pack was great and much appreciated. Parking was excellent in a locked yard area.

The mattresses needed to be updated. Not very comfortable. The flat itself is great.

Great location, beautiful views. The apartment has everything you need. Nice touch to have a starter pack and milk in the fridge on arrival for a nice cuppa and toiletries on hand if required. Good space and spotless. Great communication from host. Thank you.

The location was fantastic, with a view overlooking the river. The home was clean and had everything we needed and our host provided extras like milk, bread, butter, tea, and flapjacks! Plus, there was secure, off street parking.

Perfect location for work - very spacious and very clean. Would highly recommend!

Incredible location, comfy beds and sofa bed and plenty of facilities in the kitchen.

The shower is an eclectic shower which has very slow water trickling through. Was fine for a short stay but any longer and it would’ve been frustrating. only complaint though!!

The location.

The gate to access the parking area was clumsy and difficult for one person to manage. The heating didn’t function properly, although someone did visit us within minutes of reporting a problem. Unfortunately, it still didn’t operate as it should have but we put up with it for the short stay we’d booked.

Gate to car park was a bit heavy to lift as dropped on hinge not a problem to us but should be aware.

The lack of mirrors

Great position for town amenities and all necessary items in the property...Sam a great host on first day...parking great for travelling around the area. Plenty of room.

Would have given a 10 if mattresses were replaced with stiffer ones.. mirrors fixed on walls in top bathroom and bedrooms...for ladies...new loo cleaners very rusty....doors on outside shed for bike storage...we are a tough crowd lol.

I am delighted that we found this place 12hrs before we were due to arrive. It is perfectly located within the town of Brecon and also within a couple of miles of walking routes and hikes. The owner was really attentive and friendly, messaging to ensure that we were ok and checking we were having a good time. Sam even left us some milk, doughnuts and some sparkling water. The kitchen had everything that we needed for the stay, enough for us to cook breakfast and to make sandwiches for the next day. I would definitely stay here again when I come back up to Brecon :-)

My only downside was that the beds were far to soft, more like sleeping on really soft sponge. However after hours out walking, and the odd beer, sleep wasn’t an issue for any of us.
