Great hosts, great welcome and explanations about what to do in the area. Breakfast is gorgeous and home-made. Big patio. Good place to visit the city, even by night as lots of lights and traffic around. Everything is perfectly clean.

The room on the street side can be quite noisy at night, so if you are sensitive, rather prefer the opposite side.

This was the kindest and most welcoming accommodation I have ever been to! The host makes everything with her heart. The apartment was spotless clean and covid measures were accurately respected. The host gave me great recommendations and answered all the questions I had; for example about the beach and busses, tickets,... The host was easy to reach and was preset during the breakfast, making sure I was provided with everything I might need. Breakfast was rich in options and very tasty. The accommodation is 10 mins from an amazing sand beach (also free beaches) and just across the road is a big supermarket. There are lots of restaurants and bars within the walking distance. The room I stayed in was very spacious. My room had shades so it was possible to sleep in complete darkness. The furniture is modern and the apartment looked like just renovated. There is a breakfast room and a big terrace where you can hang out of dry your beach towels. In my opinion I payed way too little for this accommodation and hospitality.

The host was exceptionally amazing. She made time to explain everything about the room, and during my stay, made sure I was happy multiple times. Her questions varied to ensure I was not just saying I was happy, but really was happy. The room was exceptionally clean. This is normal for an 8+ star room in bookong.com. but what set it apart was that the host was easy going about it, instead of worrying about how I might put a mark on the wall, for example. Some hosts seem to care more about the room remaining spotless than the guests, which makes me feel like I must be careful, and and less comfortable. This was not an issue here! Many 9+ rooms will ask for a high rating upon departure, which can feel awkward. But this was also not a problem here! She only thanked me and wished good travels.

Silvia is an exceptional host: friendly, always available and a source of invaluable information about Formia and its surroundings.

The lady Sylvia who was looking after us for breakfast was extremely nice polite and helpful. The breakfast was generous.

Some small issues with air conditioner but at the end it worked out. If the hotel had parking it would had been excellent.

Fantastic accommodation in a great area of Formia. Silvia was so helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. She was kind enough to fix car parking in a nearby garage, provide takeaway breakfast when we needed to be out early and was on hand to help with anything & everything that we needed. The breakfast selection was varied, the apartment was clean and freshly renovated, and there are lots of amenities right on the doorstep. I would definitely recommend this B&B for anyone who wants to explore the area from a nice, central location. Pompeii, Rome, and Naples are all within easy reach by car, and there are some lovely beaches within walking distance of the apartment.

There are 4 keys to access the outer door, apartment door, room door, and bathroom so it can be quite tricky to find the right key in a hurry. One solution would be to colour-code the keys to help guests find the right one.
